The space
The downstairs consists of kitchen, living area when you walk in the front door. Down the hall towards the game room you will find the half bath with access both inside and directly from pool outside as well. Connected to the game room downstairs you will have the laundry room with full size washer/dryer. Through the laundry room you have the game room. Also downstairs you have one king bedroom and the bunk room, both within steps of the full bathroom downstairs.

Upstairs there is the king bedroom with master bath in addition to a queen bedroom with its on ensuite full bathroom.
