The passive solar design brings in natural light and outdoor views. Polished concrete floors stay cool in the summer and cozy warm in the winter with radiant zoned heating for each room. Gas fireplace makes for a romantic and cozy ambiance. Air conditioning keeps the house cool in the summer. Game Room in the garage features a pool table, ping pong, dartboard, games and more.

Soak away your worries in the 6 person hot tub, running year round and professionally cleaned twice weekly.

Fence in backyard marks the property line and beyond the pine trees in front yard is private property, please respect the neighbors and do not trespass.

Dog friendly, backyard is NOT fenced in. Please keep an eye on your dog and clean up after your dog.

A security camera is mounted above garage door facing the driveway and parked vehicles. Camera is not monitored during guest stays.

Born and raised in the Saugatuck/Fennville area, I grew up dreaming of building a home in the woods. After serving in the US Navy and attending Ferris State University I ran a graphic design and photography studio in Hawaii. My dream came true when I designed and built a modern cabin and most of the furniture. I designed and built the Riverside house in mid century modern style with a sleek design. I hope my guests enjoy the peaceful Michigan setting of both homes as much as I do.
