This large home has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A Master bedroom with a California King bed and second bedroom with 2 Twin beds or a Queen bed (subject to availability). In total we can accommodate up to 4 adults and 1 child/infant.
The beautiful shared back yard has a dining area just for you. Nature is all around you , keep a look out for our resident birds, rabbits, deer and squirrels.

This newly remodeled non-smoking upstairs in a duplex home, offers 2 bedrooms: Master bedroom has a California King size bed, the second bedroom has 2 twin beds. An additional twin bed can be setup in the master or livingroom on request for a 5th guest and we can also provide a baby crib/bed or small child's bed if needed, please ask for details.

One bathroom has a tub/shower, a large lighted vanity mirror and heat lamp. The second bathroom has a shower. All bathroom towels, washcloths, hand soap, paper goods and a bar of Dove soap (1 per bathroom) are provided.
The eat-in kitchen has a gas range, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. All pots, pans and utensils needed for making any meal, and the plates and cutlery to help consume it, are provided. Dish soap, towels and paper goods are also provided.
The living room is comfortable with a large armchairs and sofa. Watch Cable TV, access the free WiFi DSL or look out a picture window into a canopy of oak trees with the foothills in the distance.
A laundry room with a clothes washer (detergent provided) and clothes dryer are included downstairs. A patio with table and chairs makes a great spot to eat al fresco and enjoy the great year-round California weather.
A number of grocery stores, including Trader Joe's, Whole Foods Market and a weekly farmers' market are also only minutes away by car.
Also a few minutes away are Glendale Community College, the Glendale Convention Center, Verdugo Hills Country Club, Verdugo Park and the internationally renowned Descanso Gardens.
The home has central heat and a large in-wall air conditioning unit. In addition, there are 3 ceiling fans, 2 smaller portable fans and wall-to-wall carpeting.
Off-street parking is provided and an additional permit for street parking is available.
Access to the 2 Freeway is simple and close by on Mountain Street; from the 2 you can reach much of Southern California with ease. And should you choose not to drive, bus lines are within easy reach.

Excellent communication throughout the entire process. Mark provided access info in plenty of time and agreed to early access to the condo. The neighborhood is very pleasant. Very convenient to LA, Hollywood, Pasadena, etc. Parking is not a problem. The condo itself is a little dated but very comfortable and clean. The 2 bedrooms and 2 baths make for excellent privacy and convenience of two couples although the second bedroom with 2 single beds is more geared for children. Enjoyed our stay.
Mark hosted us very well. The flat was in a calm area and near to the touristic centre! We highly recommend this flat for a family of 4.
Mark was very welcoming on our arrival and has been a great point of contact throughout our stay. The pictures do not do the apartment justice on how clean, quiet the place is..great value for money.

Mark put us at ease prior to our arrival letting us know that our later arrival time would not be an issue as the keyless entry would take care of any need to physically get keys into my hand. The address was well marked and the front entry light was on making it easier to find in the dark.
The property was neatly nestled into a hillside neighborhood with friendly and helpful neighbors! I was traveling with my aging mother in law and both access from private parking in front, as well as into the unit was exceptional! We were very pleased with the layout of the the interior floor plan itself, which allowed private separate bedrooms as well as kitchen, dining and living areas for relaxation.
The beds were very comfortable! The larger corner window in the living room gave a beautiful panoramic view of the mountains in the distance. The back lower patio was also a very peaceful place to sit and relax. This property served our needs very well and lacked nothing. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need to whip up almost any meal, bring in your own favorite foods and the rest is provided.
The location was also a key factor for us, as we needed to be near by for the project we were involved in. We felt very comfortable in our stay at Mark's property. The property was just as described in the description and photos posted on AirBnb.
A lovely house in peaceful location which is well located for all the main attractions.
House was spacious for our family of five; clean and well stocked with all you need. Bed in main bedroom was very comfortable and we slept well. However, my daughter said one of the beds in the second bedroom was not very comfortable and the main bathroom/shower was very dated.
Mark was very responsive and helpful from the initial reservation and when contacted during our stay. Check in/ out was straightforward. No issues. Excellent host - would highly recommend.
I really had a wonderful time at Mark's house, everthing is (website hidden) family probably enjoyed the house more than LA city itself. We all love it.tks Mark and your family.
We stayed at Mark's condo for the weekend. He was really kind and helpful. The place was absolutely perfect for our needs. Plenty of space, two bathrooms, comfy and airy. The neighborhood was beautiful and the location was perfect for our plans. Would highly recommend this condo for a stay in the Burbank/Glendale area.
