Look forward to a vacation in this modern apartment building right on the sea with an extensive sandy bay. In a few minutes by car you will find all the shops serving everyday needs, which you can also easily reach on foot. The state-of-the-art furnished FW offers you a fully equipped open kitchen with dining bar, 2 bathrooms (each with shower), a spacious living room with expansive sofa landscape and two bedrooms and a private electric grill on your terrace.

The space
The living room and both bedrooms have air conditioning and TVs. Access to the large corner terrace, where you can enjoy your breakfast at the dining table in the morning sun or sunbathe on the loungers all day, is via the living room or bedroom. Enjoy the stunning view of the entire length of the bay, listen to the quiet rolling of the Mediterranean surf, or take a dip in the heated pool (April 1 - October 30), which is shared by all five residential units. In the evening, an electric grill or the in-house barbecue area is open for a cozy end to the day. The underfloor heating throughout the apartment makes it cozy and warm even in the off-season.

Neighborhood highlights

The apartment house is located in Privlaka on the side facing the sea, about 20 km from Zadar Airport - right on the water. A small staircase leads into the water and stands on sand that stretches throughout the bay. The bay is long and very shallow and ideal for children or also tempting to just sit in the shallow water with a cool beer or a glass of Proseco to cool off in the hot months. Privlaka is touristically diverse with hotels, apartments and campsites as well as restaurants and water sports, but not overcrowded. The main season is from June 1 June to August 30. During this time, life in Privlaka is at its peak. But even the off-season has its absolute charm despite small deficits, such as closed restaurants, power outages, etc. Experience it for yourself.

On the northeastern side, a few minutes drive from the apartment house, lies the old royal city and cradle of Croatia, the town of Nin, whose old town on an island in the middle of a lagoon invites you to explore. Every vacation day can start with an exciting discovery tour or become a relaxing chill-out.
