This apartment is mainly used as a single set, but sometime during week day, or at low season week-end, you can request for a single room.
If you're tempted, give it a try

By the way, do not search for a TV, we don't have one, and we don't want to ! But I have put in place a wireless network for myself, and you can use it as much as you want.
Important to know, our upper neighbors do not like the noise. In particular at evening time. I rely on you to remain quiet and conscious of our upper neighbors.
Please be aware that the rooms are usually ready by 5PM (we need time to clean), but you can arrive earlier, rest in the living room, and leave your luggage home.
If you have more questions, the best way is to get in touch.
Once again, this isn't a hotel or a professional bed & breakfast. You're about to share the true Venetian life !
Once booking is done, we'll give you all the details about access
Interaction with Guests
Most of the time, I will not be home when you come.
If we're not in Venice at the time of your stay, a friend will welcome you, deliver the keys and answer any of your question. We'll give you all the details after the booking.
Our home is right in the center. So one's can walk form there almost to anywhere else in Venise.
Rialto bridge is a key point in Venise, as it is the mandatory way to go from one bank to the other.
Rialto is one of the main "station" for water buses. From this station, you can go in many directions.
Of course, there is no parking for cars in venise.
You can benefit from all the common areas such as the living room or the kitchen. What a nice time to lay in the living room, drinking a glass of prosecco !
As it is a private apartment, everything is furnished as home. Food, drinks, coffee...are available, and we rely on host to replace whatever you may have used.
We were made to feel very welcome and Antonio was extremely helpful. He booked our private water taxi and was always available to answer our questions. The accommodation was comfortable and as described. The area was convenient as well.
Our stay at the apartment was one of our favorite parts of our Venice trip. My boyfriend and I were baffled at how beautiful the apartment is. It is perfect in every way: You can't beat the location, a short walk from the Rialto Bridge; the host picked us up at the boat dock after midnight, which was perfect; we had constant communication with suggestions for what to do in Venice; the rooms were themed and so much fun to stay in; there is a balcony overlooking a canal and you see different parts of the canal from all the windows in the house; there was a great kitchen; the accommodations were not only beautiful but also comfortable; I felt like I was transported to another time long ago in Venice when we were in the apartment. I would visit Venice again, just to stay here. It was like a dream.
We would suggest staying here to all guests interested. It was a great location to be central to everywhere. We walked all over the city to see the sights and get lost in the alleyways.
According to the headline this apartment is at palace. True. Even if the building isn´t at palace-look-a-like you feel like being in a palace while you´re in it.
You are really brought back to ancient Venice. We were eight people staying here celebrating our 25th anniversary. And had a fantastic unforgettable time.
Expensive? No, not if you split on eight heads. And as we said to Antonio, taking care of the place : - Much better in reality then in the pictures.
That goes especially for the visual connection to the canals on two sides. It is an adventure following whats going on in the canal traffic.
The location is perfect. Just a few steps away from the Rialto Bridge, Marcus Place and many, many good restaurants. Something negative?
It´s a lot of stairs to climb ... (But´s worth it ;-)
Absolutely outstanding apartment and very forthcoming directions & key handover.
