Neighborhood highlights

PEASE READ FULL 2 PARAGRAPH DESCRIPTION:
Located in the charming, historic, warehouse district, this 1902 building served as the Twirl Town Toy factory. It has been lovingly preserved and converted into a community of condos central to everything in Salt Lake. The neighborhood is quiet for a downtown location, and safe for walking to virtually all that downtown Salt Lake offers. City Creek Canyon is a quick run or drive away, and many trailheads and parks are accessible within minutes.

As with most downtown locations in most cities, you will see HOMELESSNESS. I personally feel very comfortable walking day and night in the area. Homeless does not automatically equate with harmful. If you are uncomfortable with witnessing homelessness, I recommend searching for a place further out from downtown. If you would like to enjoy the convenience of a highly walkable location with all of the DIVERSE POSSIBILITIES of a downtown, this is your place.
