The major construction/refurbishment areas have been transformed into an incredible underground home, office and classroom, offering a one-of-a-kind, lifetime experience. Your stay includes an amazing tour, providing insight into the fascinating history of the property, from design, construction, operation to dismantlement (salvage)
Your totally private apartment is located in the former upper level of the launch control center, complete with numerous books, photographs, drawings and displays showcasing the early days of our Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Heritage. Relax in the comfort of a complete living suite, while the owners reside on the lower level of the former launch control center. Stay connected with underground cellular service and Wi-Fi for your convenience.

Enjoy the former upper level of the launch control center as your private apartment with numerous books and displays showing the early days of our Missile (ICBM) Heritage as well as a complete living suite. Owners live on the lower level of the former launch control center.

The entire upper level of the former Launch Control Center is your PRIVATE APARTMENT approximately 1250 sq ft. of living space. You are free to go around the Site as often as you wish by yourselves. The property also includes a kitchen with some food, snacks and drinks, provided.
PLEASE remember this is an unforgettable EXPERIENCE, we want you to walk away with fabulous memories. Take as many photos as possible and video.

Underground cellular service and Wi-Fi is included. Also includes a kitchen with some food, snacks and drinks. We try very hard to accommodate everyone's tastes when it comes to food, (snacks) and drinks. We recommend if you wish to eat or drink something in particular, please bring it with you. Food items here are for you to enjoy if you wish.
We on occasion leave out repellants for small rodents, that find their way underground, rest assure the manufacture states it is harmless to children, dogs and cats (animals.)
