The space
Welcome to our waterfront dutch A-frame! Enjoy a unique setting at one of just a few homes in Arizona on water!

Living and Dining
What an amazing view we have with the floor to ceiling windows overlooking the large duck pond. Enjoy your morning coffee from our plush velvet sofa overlooking the pond and taking in a gorgeous sunrise. If the sun is too much, simply lower the floor to ceiling shades.

Enjoy a meal at our dining table. Challenge your friends or family to a game of cards or settle into assembling a large puzzle. We have several puzzles. We love puzzles.

Coffee Bar
Home of the epic coffee bar! We spared no expense putting together a beverage bar fit for every person in the house. Coffee, hot chocolate,'re all set. You'll find every kind of coffee making contraption there is such as: Nespresso machine, Cuisinart drip machine, pour over, Aero Press, cold brew maker, French press and bean grinder. We also provide all the sweeteners one will need, a cinnamon shaker, several flavored dairy creamer options, milk and dark hot chocolate, and an assortment of tea. All you may want to bring is any specialty non-dairy creamer, if you choose. Feeling extra lazy? Starbucks is just down the street. :)

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials for making breakfast to preparing full family meals. We have a full size gas oven, dishwasher, standard fridge and small microwave. Some of the items we keep stocked for your use include pots and pans, baking dishes, teapot, toaster, pots and pans, casserole dishes, storage containers for leftovers, wine and drinking glasses, mixing bowls, dish towels, and sharp knives. We offer filtered water in the fridge. We have a Magic Bullet for blending up some special drinks.

Master Bedroom - king bed
The master is at the front of the house away from the other bedroom. It offers a king bed with memory foam mattress, bamboo sheets and blackout curtains for a good night's rest. Also, in the room is a sofa for chilling in seclusion away from your friends and family when you need some alone time. This room also has it's own heating and cooling system.

Second Bedroom - 2 queen beds
The second bedroom is set up like a hotel room with 2 queen beds. Each bed comes with a memory foam mattress and bamboo sheets. Blinds keep the room dark for a good night's rest. There are two large closets and two small dressers to store your belongings.

Enjoy the use of the complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, fluffy towels and 2 hair dryers. We have two bathrooms, one on the main level by the second bedroom and one upstairs in the loft. Although tiny, we have made every attempt to provide enough hooks and storage spots for everyone's things. Our showers are HOT, just like we like them....although, obviously it is up to you to decide just how hot you want it.
Main Floor Bathroom - bathtub/shower combo
Loft Bathroom - standing shower

- 43" TV with Roku/Netflix in loft
- 49" SmartTV in master
- Record player with some records to enjoy

WIFI + Work
We offer high speed wireless internet up to 150 Mbps. Should you need to get some work done during your visit, the dining table is a great place to spread out.

Sit back on one of two vintage outdoor sofas on our deck to enjoy the view and a glass of wine. Our yard is fenced in and is good at keeping the ducks from coming in and making a mess. The home is on a double lot, so there is plenty of space to spread out and find a good corner to meditate or do some morning yoga. Go outside the gated fence to the pond and stroll on the walking path or feed the ducks.

Community Pool
We provide towels at the home for our guests to use at the community pool. The pool usually opens in May and runs until October, weather permitting. The pool is open six days a week, Tuesday through Sunday from 11am to 6pm. Guests will pay the non-member rates…

Adults: $8/day
Children 10 and under: $4/day

Our home is located in a nice, hilly neighborhood with views of the Sedona Red Rocks. The home backs up to a duck pond with several other houses. A walking trail circles the pond and is accessible to neighbors and other visitors. Also in our neighborhood is the Verde River which you can access from the road.

I'm a home renovator who loves traveling! It's hard to do both at the same time, but I found hosting fellow travelers in my 5 renovated Airbnb homes as close as you can get to merging the two. From all of our travels, I've learned what makes a home a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploration and love offering that to my guests. I can't get enough of coffee shops, hiking and beautiful landscapes. I've traveled South America top to bottom, to Southeast Asia and parts of Europe and Central America, stopping at every coffee shop I can. My favorite scenario is reading a good book on a trip with a coffee in hand. As an Airbnb guest, I understand the hosts are putting their trust in the people staying in their home and i treat it with the utmost respect. With 12 years of renovations under my belt, and staying in over 100 hostels/houses/Airbnbs, I can usually figure things out if something goes awry. As a host, though, comfort is the highest priority for my guests. Therefore, I try to anticipate their every need and fix any issues as soon as humanly possible. I very much enjoy offering a seamless travel experience in a stylish renovated home for my guests.
