1) Se nella stanza mancano detersivi o altro cercate quello che manca nell’armadio del corridoio;
2)Il motorino di aspirazione del bagno si accende premendo per qualche istante l’interruttore e si spegne da solo;
3)Evitare di mettere molta carta nel w.c. in quanto, essendo un bagno posizionato non vicino agli scarichi originali potrebbe ostruirsi; scaricare ripetutamente per consentire il massimo deflusso dell’acqua;
4)Se volete altri cuscini o coperte prendeteli nell’armadio in camera o in quello del corridoio;
5)Nell’ingresso c’è una cassetta del pronto soccorso, secondo le norme di legge;

L’OSPITE BARTOLUCCI ALBERTA
Alberta came to pick us up from Via Marsala (just outside Termini) even though it was 9 pm, which was such a kind gesture and a wonderful help. On the drive there she explained all the transportation routes which were available to us and what numbers to use to go into the centre of Rome and to get back home. She also stopped at all the stops that we could get said buses/trams from.
The accommodation was clean and the beds comfy. The air con worked wonderfully. Just beware of the the stairs to climb especially with large/heavy cases.
We had an excellent experience staying in Alberta's room in Rome. This was the best place we have stayed in the month we've been on the road. Comfortable and had everything we needed. We took full advantage of the kitchen, which helped us save money. It's easy to catch a tram or bus to get to the center relatively quickly.
Alberta is amazing. Our train was running late, but she didn't mind. She even picked us up at the station and told us everything we needed to know about getting around Rome.
I highly recommend staying here. Excellent quality and affordable.
Alberta, your place was fantastic. It was a little on the small side, but it had everything we needed and was very clean and tidy. The air conditioning was a bonus, considering how hot it was outside. I look forward to staying here again another time. Thanks.
Alberta and her lovely apartment made Rome feel like a home away from home for my friend and I. The apartment was well located and fully equipped with everything you need for a short or long term stay, with a modern kitchen, bathroom, high speed wifi and comfortable beds. Alberta went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and were familiar with the multiple routes of public transport in the area. There are also numerous supermarkets close by and and a variety restaurants to choose from. Next time I'm on Rome there is no question as to where I'll be staying.
I thank you very much for the great review for me very important. Although there is wifi at home I try to give practical information for your stay. Iron and ironing board are in the hall closet and are supplied on request in the rooms as space is limited, but in the future I will find a space within each room. Thanks for your feedback.
Alberta met with us at the apartment building. She showed us all of the details about everything in the apartment and told us about the local restaurants and bus routes.
Alberta was kind enough to pick us up from Termini station, and to explain all of the public transport etc. to us on the way to the appartment. She was very accomodating with check-in and departure times as well.
The studio is located a little bit out of the city center, but with convenient tram connections to Termini station, where all of the major bus and metro lines have a stop; travelling to major tourist attractions was no problem at all.
The studio itself is small, but convenient enough for two people. I would recommend this place to other people: it's good value for money.
It was amazing!
Alberta went to pick us at the train station... She is perfect! Gave us all the tips of markets and restaurants around the apartment and all the busses and tran we had to get!
The apartment is about 1 hour walk from the main attractions, but it's a pleasant walk... My Mom and I did it everyday!
The apartment is wonderful, but don't forget to ask for the AC during the summer! Rome summer is cruel! The place is quiet and very cozy... All you need for cooking is there! The beds are great and very comfortable.

About the Host, Alberta
