I loved my stay with Wayan and Barbara in this bed and breakfast! It is a gorgeous little place. You will have no trouble sleeping here with the sounds of nature lulling you to sleep, especially the calming brook just outside the rooms. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The restaurant is also delicious and you never have to wait for service. The owners are genuinely nice people. I told Wayan that I primarily came to Bali for meditation and to heal a recent injury, and he sat down outside my room and talked to me for a long time about his own meditation practice and philosophies on healing, business, and life in general :-) he can also help you arrange for a driver and will also suggest activities in the area according to your own interests.
I hadn't been planning on visiting Sidemen during my trip to Bali. However, just before I left, some friends in the US recommended this little village and Wayan's bed and breakfast. I'm so glad I went! It was like a little nature retreat before I headed back to the US. Highly recommended.
