Welcome to “Lalique” a fabulous, architect designed, 1 bedroom 1 bathroom pet friendly apartment close to Elwood Village cafes and shops and within easy walking distance to the beach.
The open plan living area includes an ultra modern kitchen with Miele appliances, dining table with seating for 8 guests and lounge with comfortable sofas to view the generously sized Plasma TV. The light-filled living area features floor to ceiling windows, which overlook the beautiful, private courtyard, a lovely place to relax, complete with outdoor dining and BBQ facilities.
The bedroom has been converted from its original two rooms into one, very large master bedroom with a king size bed. The extra space has created room for a luxurious sofa so you can relax, plenty of dressing space and built in robes. The bed can also be split into two singles if required.
Lalique has a stunning, modern bathroom, which includes a shower over full sized bath and separate toilet. European style laundry facilities with washing machine and dryer have also been provided for your convenience. You will feel completely at ease with secure basement parking included, as well as complimentary broadband internet connection, free local phone calls and Foxtel (cable TV).
PRICING & MINIMUM STAYS
Everything is included! Wireless internet, parking for one car, utilities, BBQ, lovely linen and towels. You'll love our welcome pack with lots of household consumables to get you started and some treats to spoil you. And if you stay for longer than a week we’ll come and clean the apartment and change all your linens on a weekly basis.
We've tried to be as accurate as possible with our prices. Should you choose to stay during premium periods (like Melbourne Cup, Christmas/NY etc) special rates may apply along with minimum stay periods - unfortunately we can't list those variations here but we can provide you with a customised quote, so please contact us with your dates and we will reply quickly.
NB: As a general rule of thumb, we ask that if you are arriving in the next 3 months the minimum time you stay with us is 5 nights and if your arrival is more than 3 months away you stay with us for 7 nights or more. Of course we accept any bookings longer than that if the apartment is available!

Brighton Place was the perfect place for all of us - accurate description, beautifully clean, great neighbourhood, convenient groceries at the end of the street and the best coffee and breakfast available from lovely place around the corner, easy walk to train station, although car was handy- highly recommended.

The apartment was spacious, modern and clean. A great place for 4 people to stay. Was an easy walk from the Docklands into the city, too.
close to casino and access to city in general. was clean and modern and boutique provided a nice welcome pack with soaps, detergents, washing powder and coffee and milk :) with 5 guests is reasonably priced for 7 nights. however access to pool and gym wasnt allowed and this was only downside to the stay.
This place was great! In a perfect location near Bridge Road (Fantastic Shopping!). The house was clean and tidy and modern with a cosy character homely feel to it.
We would definitey stay here again.
