Beautifully remodeled one bedroom one bath condo with underground parking, indoor common area pool & spa, and is just steps away from Mammoth Mountain Ski Area's Village Gondola. The unit is accessed by way of a secure indoor hallway.

This condo is about as close as you can get to restaurants, bars & events in Mammoth Lakes. Free public transportation is less than 1/2 a block from the front door. This is a private one bedroom, with one bath and a pullout sofa bed in the living room.

The space
Corner Unit, walking distance to the most animated neighborhood in Mammoth... "Village at Mammoth". Adjacent to Mammoth Brewing Company and many other restaurants. Mountain views from the living room and balcony. Private ski locker outside your front door.

Private washer and dryer. Balcony has mountain views and a woodstove to keep you warm on the winter nights. Heated underground parking, so you won't have to shovel your car out of the snow when you leave the property.

Guest access
You will have use of the entire condominium unit, parking garage (7'6" height), indoor Pool and Spa and common amenities. Common Pool and spa may close on rare occasion for cleaning or other purposes.

Other things to note
Please don't leave any food or trash on the balcony or in your cars when parking around town as it will attract bears.
