Enjoy a fully fenced backyard with a serene koi pond, fire pit, BBQ grill, bistro seating, and hanging chairs—perfect for relaxing. Inside, you’ll find a dedicated workspace, high-speed WiFi, and a wireless printer for remote work.

Families are especially welcome with amenities like a high chair, Greco pack & play, baby bowls and utensils, children’s books and toys, board games, and more.

The space
The entire first floor of this adorable home is yours to enjoy privately! There is no one else on the property. However, the basement is not part of the rental and is locked at all times. The beautiful backyard has lots of amenities. Five seat fire pit, grill, koi Pond, bistro seating, chaise lounges, hanging chairs!

There is absolutely no smoking in this house. All cigarette butts and dog poop must be picked up in the yard prior to check out otherwise there will be an additional $75 fee charged post checkout.


Please use black facecloth provided which say "makeup" to wash off makeup. Guests will be charge $15 for each stained towel and $25 for stained bedding.
Guests are asked to place all dirty linens (towels and sheets) in the hamper prior to check out. Remove all items from fridge and dispose of all trash in the home in the barrels prior to check out.

Guest access
There is parking for three vehicles in the driveway. Make/Model and plate numbers of registered guests must be provided to host prior to arrival.

Please use the side door at all times. The key provided only works for this door and it is preferred the front door not be used. The side door is located at the driveway with direct access to backyard where grill, pond and outdoor seating is all located.

Vacumn, ironing board, iron, Pack and Play, high chair and steamer can all be found in the master bedroom closet at the end of the hallway.

Late check outs and early check ins may be available depending on the schedule. Check with host prior. If available there will be a $50 fee for late check out and $50 fee for early checkin.

No one under 21 years old allowed to stay at this property unless accompanied by parents.

No party’s or visitors other than registered guests are allowed on the property whatsoever without prior approval from host. There is an additional charge for dinners or events in the yard that require outside visitors other than those registered. This must be discussed, approved, and paid for prior to check in.

Other things to note
PLEASE DO NOT FEED THE KOI FISH UNLESS DISCUSSED WITH HOST PRIOR.
