Welcome to my mountain retreat in the Redstone portion of Park City Utah. It currently available during June and July, 2015 only.
The town house is part of the Foxpointe development that backs onto federally protected wet lands of the Swaner Reserve with walking and bike riding trails that lead into Park City. The house is literally a 3 minute walk to 4 restaurants, Whole Foods and the Redstone 8 movie theatres. Wallmart and the Tanger Outlet mall are also nearby. Park City is a 10 minute drive away or you can rent a bike and ride into town through the winding trails.
This 2 bedroom, 2 bath town house has all the comforts of home with Air conditioning. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom has 2 twin size beds - perfect for a family. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, spa bath and walk in closet. There are televisions in the living room and in each bedroom, wireless Internet, a DVD / Blue Ray player. The kitchen is fully equipped, the living room is cozy and there is a washer and dryer available for your use. There is also secure parking in the single garage which is accessible from inside the house. The upstairs location of this condo allows for more privacy and amazing mountain views!
Come and enjoy Park City in this Home Away from Home.
*** Please note that this property is currently only available during certain times of the year. I keep my calendar up to date so please be sure to check it before you make an inquiry.
The house is located at Redstone, which is the burgeoning commercial centre on the edge of Park City. It has restaurants, bars, and a wonderful movie theatre. All of this backs onto protected wetlands with views of the mountains all around. Redstone is super convenient to freeways, Main Street and all the wonderful things that Park City has to offer.
The house is close to a bus stop for easy public transit options.
No smoking inside the house - but you can smoke on the terrace.
The HOA does not permit pets on the premises without a permit.
We will provide the wifi codes and lock box codes on arrival
Virginia's apartment was a great base camp for the Sundance film festival. Very close to the Redstone cinema and a Sundance shuttle route. Just perfect.
The apartment was very clean and calming. Everything you would want for a 10 days stay was there. John, who handed over the keys, was very helpful and very nice. There was a bottle of wine, a bowl of fresh fruit and some red roses to greet us which made us all feel very welcome. Overall we had a lovely time in Park City and in Virginia's apartment.
My trip was a last minute whim. I wanted to go to Utah and Ski with my son. Through a friend, I was introduced to Virginia. It was though it was meant to be. Everything worked seamlessly the moment I spoke to Virginia. Virginia was so accommodating and explained to me how Air BnB works. It all happened very fast. Once I had arrived at her property my son and I could not have been happier. A great 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Townhouse that was equipped with all the amenities. Walking distance to Restaurants, Theaters, and a Whole Foods Grocery Store. A Perfect location that allowed us to be 10 minutes from 2 Great Ski Resorts - Deer Valley and Park City. 5 minutes away was the US Olympic Winter Sports Training Facility. That was a great place to visit. 45 Minutes away and a great drive was the Sundance Ski Resort.
A very beautiful place to visit and a amazing drive.
It was all a wonderful trip, and such a great time. The best part was coming home to a Spotless Townhome with all the comforts of home.
Virginia was so nice! She definitely looks after her guests!!
I would Highly recommend her and her property to anyone who is looking for great accommodations and a convenient location.
Thanks so much Virginia!
The townhouse was fabulously located. Went for a spin on the bobsled at the olympic site from 2002 which is just across the streeet from the apt.
Comfortable and homey.
Air conditioner was an issue, kept returning to 82 degrees, even at night which was too warm to sleep.
Highly recommend Virginia's place in the mountains.
Great place to stay, very clean and nicely decorated. All convenience avalaible. Direct TV, good internet. Just a a very good place to stay for some days or a longer stay. I will always come back when I need a place in this area again.
Loved it. Only real issue was the air conditioner, and that was minor and fixed within a day. Home was in excellent condition and Virginia is very easy to work with. I hate to say anything else, because I want to make sure that it's available for me when I'm in the area next time!
Location is wonderful for our purposes; Close to the freeway, yet a quiet neighborhood. Around the corner from shopping, restaurants, cinema, banks. Score.
What a deal! Everything you could ask for at a very fair price. The kitchen is fully stocked if you like to cook your own meals and entertain. The location is right next to whole foods and smith's, so you could buy whatever you need.

I am originally from Australia and I have lived in Los Angeles since 1995. As someone who grew up elsewhere I know what it's like to see LA through different eyes. Come and see my view of LA.
I work in the entertainment industry and live with my 2 teenagers and our white Siberian Huskies; in a quiet, historic part of Los Angeles which is close to the uber cool things in downtown LA, Koreatown, Universal City and Hollywood. Eat the best Korean BBQ in town right around the corner from the guest house, see the downtown fashion district 10 mins away, visit the LA flower market at 6am and be enthralled, eat at WP24 and be blown away. It's all here and so close. Come visit and see why LA is one of the coolest places on earth. If it doesn't start here, it comes here.
I would love to host your next stay in Los Angeles and make my guest house - your home away from home in LA.
