(Just FYI. we always keep our calendar up to date, so if particular dates show as available, they are available.)
Our home is on approximately 2 acres in Eldorado, 10 minutes from Santa Fe. Our attached, air-conditioned casita has it's own private entrance and plenty of off-street, safe parking, and even room to park a small-to-medium-sized RV.
We have bike/walking paths that pass right in front of the house, and wilderness hiking and biking trails are 5 minutes away.
The casita has a queen bed, bath with shower, kitchenette with microwave, hot plate, sink, fridge and Keurig coffeemaker (free coffee included), plus it's own clothes washer and dryer, air conditioning, and free wifi and cable TV.
We have lived in Santa Fe and Albuquerque for over 20 years and can recommend restaurants, things to do, places to go, etc.
We have check-in time listed as 3pm, but with just a bit of advance notice, we can usually accommodate an early check-in.
Remember that after a reservation is made, Airbnb sends an email with much more info...where to park...wifi password...how to let yourself in, etc, so don't forget to look for that.
Finally, our listing says the casita can accommodate 2 people, but a 3rd can work as well IF they are small enough to sleep on the love seat (small child). There is also some floor space for an airbed, etc.

Great place. Everything to make your stay comfortable. Bill was interesting and helpful. Would definitely stay again.
we arrived on Feb 2, Superbowl night. Everything was in place and Bill had everything set up for us. The 10 days we stayed were great--no problems. The kitchen had all utensils we needed and coffee too.
We had a small dog with us. He did ok and we enjoyed the ability to leave him in the casita in his crate.
I am picky and have high expectations. I also read and value reviews left by others, which is the main reason why I decided to book this listing for a weekend in Santa Fe. We were NOT disappointed. We've been to Santa Fe and did the touristy thing by staying in the plaza, but this time wanted something different.
The casita was immaculate. Many extras were sprinkled throughout: reading material, good quality toilet paper and paper towels, and sheets to name a few. Coffee and cream were also a nice touch.
The casita was very easy to get to with GPS and written directions. Bill and Lisa had great communication with us via text messages.
The only thing that I'd improve is the bed. While it's comfortable, the bedframe is a big wobbly and slightly noisy. Don't let this detail keep you from staying here.
This is an amazing place! Ideal location with excellent directions. The stay was short and we departed early the next morning. It is such a beautiful place to stay. It's too bad because I know Lisa and Bill would have been excellent host but we didn't get a chance to meet them. Maybe next time!
Quintessential Santa Fe stay. Private and comfortable. Only wish I could have stayed longer.
Gorgeous casita in a safe and private part of town. Beautiful views driving in and out of the property and still very convenient to the interstate and Santa Fe restaurants and the plaza. Loved our stay and Bill and Lisa were very communicative and welcoming!
Bill & Lisa are very gracious and caring hosts! The casita is clean, warm and very accommodating. I would definitely stay there again.
what a relaxing environment and a super sweet casita. this little gem is everything and more. quiet, warm and cozy with everything we needed for a busy four day visit. bill and lisa were excellent hosts who were easy to communicate with. it was nice to have a kitchen table to sit and play cards and board games after a long day sightseeing and shopping. the bed is super comfy with extra pillows and blankets. bonus on this trip was the snow on the ground. so nice to be in a space outside of the bustle of downtown santa fe as well! I highly recommend this magical casita and the hosts to everyone! would definitely visit again!
Our second stay with Bill and Lisa as we are moving to the Santa Fe area. A great place to stay and SO nice to allow our Cairn Terrier to join us! Highly recommend!
We loved our experience in Bill and Lisa's home! They were both wonderful hosts and we appreciated them checking in on us during the snow storm that swept through Santa Fe while we were there. Our dog was very happy to have a backyard to explore and we all slept so comfortably in their charming, clean casita. Would love to come back and stay with them again!
