Magnificent beach house one street back from the tranquil waters of White's Beach, only metres from Peppers Golf Club. The impressive scale of this home will suit families, sleeping up to 10 guests. It is superbly presented and offers quality amenities like WIFI, SSAC’s, gas log fire and hotel-quality linen.
Dual living across two levels, 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, outdoor entertaining zones plus a huge deck. Relax in style, with views across the park to the sand dunes and ocean glimpses.

The space
This outstanding 5-bedroom home offers a coastal lifestyle experience, tantalisingly close to the beach and set amongst native coastal gardens. This quiet court location in a friendly neighbourhood offers you peace and privacy, coupled with close proximity to the boardwalk and beach - you will smell the salt air and feel the ocean breeze the moment you arrive!

Sunny and well-lit, huge banks of glazing and high ceilings amplify the great sense of space, with no shortage of vantage points to relax and admire the spectacular views. An easterly aspect deck with stacker sliding doors invites the morning sun into the upper open plan living area, a great place to dine and barbecue with your group. The deck is also accessible from the palatial master suite.

Downstairs, the outdoor area is fully fenced and secure. The ground floor living room connects to this outdoor space, making it a truly versatile home to suit adults, kids and teens.

Picture yourself taking in sweeping views across the St Anne’s Reserve parkland, to the dunes beyond. Locally known as The Gap, this is the White’s Beach access trail you will tread daily for swims, surfs and beach walks.

Tastefully decorated, the vast floor plan boasts accommodation for up to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms, plus 2.5 bathrooms. Multiple living areas over 2 stunning levels make it an ideal setting for a memorable family holiday.

Entertainers will appreciate the well-equipped kitchen, with quality amenities and beautiful views, making meal preparation a delight. A distinctive island bench will be the site for sharing food and conversation. Meals can be enjoyed in two different dining zones, each seating 6 guests.

There is space for everyone, both for lively gatherings and quiet retreat. Both of the living rooms have comfortable lounge suites, the main upstairs living complete with split system heating & cooling, a gas log fire, Foxtel and direct flow to the outdoor entertaining deck. Downstairs there’s a PS3 ‘gaming TV’ for teens.

A huge BBQ and outdoor table setting, plus bar seating and sun lounges, make this the place to be. There is a double lock up garage plus an additional lockable garage if you’d like to bring a jetski or small boat. The boat ramp is nearby at Fisherman’s Beach. Our location is also literally opposite the famed Pepper's The Sands Golf Club and Hanners Restaurant and cafe, making our property an incredible location for keen golfers who can wheel their golf bags across the road to tee off. Plenty of room in the garage to store all of your golfing or sporting equipment.

All bedrooms are beautifully appointed with luxury hotel quality sheets and bath towels, making your stay as pleasurable as possible.

The King size master bedroom on the first floor features an ensuite with bath, walk-in robes & stunning views. A bunk bedroom is adjacent to the master on the first floor.
The ground floor has a Queen bedroom and 2 Single bedrooms, complete with trundle beds (only made up with bed linen if requested when booking)

**Please be aware that the staircase, whilst structurally sound, is slightly crooked. Take extra care when using the stairs to ensure you are balanced.
