Although we arrived a bit late Sheila stayed up to meet us at the door. She was welcoming and had great information prepared for us. Our Trip was very quick, we arrived on Friday and departed on Sunday, so we didn't get to experience the bnb much but we did enjoy the stay for the little while we were there. It's in a peaceful neighborhood that was perfect for winding down after a full day of playing.
I really enjoyed this stay, the apartment was clean, cosy and charming. The location is great with some nice local cafes in the neighbourhood and only a few stops on the metro for trips into the city. The best part was the host, Sheila really made us feel at home. I'll definitely be back
Sheila's apartment was lovely. It was centrally located, but in a quiet neighborhood. We were able to access all the sites of San Fran within a 10-20 minute drive. The main West Portal strip (restaurants, shops) was a short walk away. The Middle Eastern restaurant, Bursa, was a particular highlight. The apartment was spacious and beautifully maintained. My son and I slept in the very comfortable bedroom's queen size bed. The room had ample dresser, closet and floor space for all our belongs, as well as a small pull out couch for sleeping, The main living space was open. The kitchen was clean and Sheila even stocked the fridge with basic food items (milk, cereal, coffee) so we had breakfast the morning after we arrived, which was particularly helpful since we got in late at night from 16 hours of travel. My parents slept comfortably on the pull out couch in the living room, which also had ample dresser/bureau storage space for their belongs. The backyard was lovely and had a nice table if you wanted to sit and eat or read outside. The bathrooms (one room for shower, one for toilet/sink) were clean and Sheila left basic toiletries for our use. We loved that we had a parking spot in Sheila's garage as it saved us searching for a spot on the street after our adventurous days in the city. Sheila and her husband were accessible, friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a clean, comfortable, affordable and centrally located apartment in San Francisco.
Sheila was very kindly and helpful. The studio was clean and very calm. Metro station , bus lines and restaurants are close to the apartment. We had a great time in San Francisco!!! Thank you Sheila!
This suite was absolutely gorgeous. In a great location - a quieter area but very easy to get to downtown and all the sights. Sheila, the host, was wonderful. She gave us great advice about the area, on how to get around and what sights to see and where to eat and even left us a fe bottles of water and a little food in the fridge. The suite itself is spotlessly clean and somewhat bigger than we expected. The parking spot off road is extremely handy too.
If you're staying in San Francisco I would highly recommend this place to anyone. It was a delight to stay here and I hope I can return in the future!
The place was amazing!! We absolutely LOVED our stay it was clean and comfortable. I never met the host but my husband said Sheila and her husband were so sweet. I loved that it felt so comfortable with all the amenities and they also left snacks in the fridge which was awesome!! The parking was a huge plus as well. Would definitely recommend this place!
Sheila helped make our first time in San Francisco special with her comfortable and inviting space which matched the descriptions and photos and her recommendations for recreation and dining. She communicated with us from time of booking until we arrived and took time to greet us and talk with us as we left. We loved the quiet convenient neighborhood and privacy of Sheila's place. Plus, it was very helpful to have parking in front of place. We would definitely stay with Sheila again as she was a friendly host and has the perfect place to rest up and relax while exploring San Francisco!
