    Response from Enrico:

    Thanks for the feedback.
Regarding the internet the owner said that he fixed it when you told him that it was not working. After that he did not receive any more news from you about that so he supposed that it was all fine and working.
Anyway, now the internet is working.

  • The apartment is nice and its location is indeed very close to Coliseum. Internet connection seems to be limited to two connected devices. This is not convenient when you travel not alone.

  • The apartment is very good. It is very clean and new and it's located near the Colosseo.
Mr.Macario (owner of apartment, who lives next door) is an amazing host. He welcome us, show everything in the apartment, gave us great tips about restaurants, supermarkets and help us when we need a taxi to go to the airport.
The only problem is that the internet was not good. It is slow and has some restriction when more than 2 people connects.
I recommend the apartment to anyone who visits Rome.

  • Absolutely lovely apartment within around 5 minutes walking distance of the colosseum. In addition, the apartment was 10 minutes away from the Roman Forum and other Ancient Rome sights. So it's the perfect place to explore the city from.

The apartment was spacious, clean and had all the amenities needed for our stay. When you arrive to the apartment you are greeted by the owner Mr Macario. He was a delightful and very helpful man. He showed us the local supermarket and a great pizzeria nearby which was needed when arriving at 9pm at night for hungry travellers.

Prior to our arriving, Enrico Dainelli was most helpful. He answered all my queries and quickly and there were no problems encountered, communication was excellent.

Althought we booked through Airbnb, Enrico is affiliated with a company called (website hidden), so a lot of confirmation and information will come through from that company. It has not been a problem. It's just so you are aware, but it's best to all you correspondence through Airbnb just incase any problems arise.

Overall we had a great experience and and fantastic holiday in the apartment and in Rome and would definitely stay here again when we return.

  • We cannot say enough about our stay here. This was the first time we have used AIRBNB or rented an apartment in our many trips to Italy. We were 5 people going to a wedding near the Coliseum. Signore Rufolo met us and we were able to check in early. He had some breakfast pastries and coffee waiting for us. He lived nearby and helped us several times with taxi service. He is such a gentleman. He gave us great information on the neighborhood and a place to eat - we dined several times at this restaurant. The apartment was immaculate, spacious and in a great location. The kitchen had all we needed although we never tried (or needed) to cook. We would definitely choose to you AIRBNB and would definitely go back to this apartment. We should also mention the car service was there when we landed at the airport and we do recommend this. Only 3 of the 5 left from the apartment and again, the driver was there punctually. Thanks to all who added to a worry free experience

  • Apartment is in nice location. Apartment is 3 bedrooms however there is not a big common area if you have more than 4 people, you will feel cramped in the common area which is only the Kitchen. It was 3 of us so it worked well for us. it was nice for all of us to have our own rooms and bathrooms.

Location is very close to the colloseum.

  • Very nice apartment and the most wonderful owner who was very pleasant and makes our vacation in Rome very memorable

  • The location of this apartment is amazing for anybody touring the antiquity of Rome. Less then five minute walk to major metro station, and better yet 5 minutes to Colosseum and Forum/Palatine hills.
Enrico Dainelli was always quick to answer any question I had and also to help with airport transportation. I have only compliments for him.
Best yet is the owner of the apartment. The apartment is clean and as advertised. What I didn't expect was the daily delivery of breakfast goodies. Made for very nice mornings to hear a knock on the door and have a package of croissants dropped off.

  • The apartment was perfect. It was clean, with everything we needed for a most comfortable stay for 7 of us. The position was ideal, with easy access to all the main sites. We were ten minutes walk (through a lovely park) to the Coliseum- always a great start to the day! We used a bus only once during our 5 day stay (to get to the Vatican early) and walked everywhere else. Mr Macario met us at the apartment and was most helpful and pleasant throughout our stay. . He had kindly printed out a small map with useful local information eg supermarket. He also recommended some local cafes and restaurants which we would never have found ourselves and which were excellent . We would recommend this apartment to friends and anyone visiting Rome. We will definitely try and stay here again when we come back to Rome, which we hope to do in the not too distant future!

  • I had such a thrill opening the door and showing the people I was traveling with our accommodations. Such a nice place. Had everything we needed. Great location. Walking distance to BOTH metro lines. So you really never have to transfer at the Termini station if you take the metro. This location was perfect for my mother who has limited mobility. The Manzoni station has a lift which was perfect for her and maybe about an 8 step staircase, which she can handle. The market is 2 blocks away if you go up the stairs when you walk out the apartment to the right. The place was insanely clean, you can tell they take care of it because the bathrooms were shiny it was so clean, haha. One note for people staying there, one room doesn't have thick curtains, BUT it has shutters on the outside that close, which I didn't notice until a few days in. haha. The sun doesn't come blazing in, but if you require complete darkness, the shutters will do the trick. We were all very happy with this flat and would definitely recommend it to anyone.
