Nested in one of downtown Raleigh's best, most walkable neighborhoods, this modern, 2-bedroom is the perfect place to stay. A 15-minute walk or minutes drive to the best the Oak City has to offer. Easy access to NCSU, State Legislature, Red Hat Amphitheater, WakeMed, Rex and Duke Raleigh Hospitals, outstanding restaurants, coffee shops, parks, and so much more.

And it’s equipped with the latest in technology: Fiber WIFI, smart TVs in every room with streaming services.

The space
The Space
With its vaulted ceilings, large Juliette balcony and skylights, the space offers a sense of outdoor, but indoor.

There’s a dedicated office, putting our super-fast Fiber WIFI to good use. Both bedrooms are spacious, each with large windows, ample closets, and of course, binge-worthy smart TVs.

We offer Allswell premium mattresses, in-unit washer/dryer, smart TVs with streaming services, black out shades, WIFI printer and office essentials, outdoor hang zones (grill station and picnic table), bikes, bedding and kitchen essentials.

The bathroom features handmade tile and spacious shower with a sky-light.

Head over to one of Raleigh's neighborhood coffee shops or local hot spots -- James Beard Award Winners, Ashley Christensen and Scott Crawford both have several spots nearby.

Walkable to parks and playgrounds, running/biking trails and of course, the best of downtown Raleigh.

Our neighborhood is next to Historic Oakwood, within immediate proximity to Downtown Raleigh’s best. Our community is diverse and tight-knit, considered the most up-and-coming in Downtown Raleigh. It’s a mishmash of all kinds of people -- young professionals, families with kids and retirees. While it is a downtown, urban community, the neighborhood is certainly considered quiet and safe. Please scroll down to read more about to neighborhood, so you know if it's right for you.

Looking to travel outside of downtown? We’re a close commute to I-440, which connects to the rest of the city and its surrounding areas, including Durham and Chapel Hill.

Parking is free, on-street, directly next to and in front of our home. We do not offer off-street parking.

Where you’ll be

Raleigh, North Carolina, United States

Staying in a downtown Raleigh neighborhood means that you will experience a diverse area with all kinds of wonderful people -- black, white, hispanic, LGBTQ, young professionals, families with kids, and elderly people who's kin settled here in the early 1900's.

Our own family has lived in this neighborhood for 15 years, and we love it! We raise our young children here, and have lots of different kinds of friends.

While certainly urban in nature, the neighborhood is considered quite safe.

If you're looking for a vibrant community with a mishmash of people, housing and places to visit with-in a 15/20-min walk, this is a great neighborhood for you. If you're someone who's intimidated by an urban feel with the occasional gritty street corner or wayward drifter, trying another part of Raleigh might be best.
