Welcome to our 116-acre farmhouse near Wintergreen Ski Resort! Our property is the perfect getaway for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life and experience the beauty of nature. Our farm is home to a variety of animals, including goats and ducks, which you can interact with during your stay.
The farmhouse itself is a charming, rustic building that has been lovingly restored to its former glory. It boasts a spacious living area with a fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms that can accommodate up to eight guests. In addition to the cozy indoor amenities, the farmhouse also features a hot tub and wide open deck spaces with magnificent views.

It is a farm, and there are several out buildings that have lumber and building materials that could be hazardous if you aren't careful (nails, barbed wire, etc.) Common sense works well. There are barbed wire fences in the woods in some areas - please be careful. During the winter there can be icy areas across the property.

Easy access to many hiking trails, Ski Barn, Nellysford, wineries, distilleries and breweries, and just minutes from Wintergreen Resort and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Nellysford has a number of local restaurants, a grocery store, and on Saturdays from May to October, a fantastic farmers market featuring local produce, baked goods, crafts and more. The area is known for the 151 trail, various hiking, road and mountain biking, and antiquing.
