Before arrival, we corresponded over email with last minute changes, and whomever responded was very accommodating. The flat was very close to the market center, and that made our time there enjoyable overall. However, there were some disappointments with the flat. It wasn't as clean as expected, especially the bathrooms and floor. The bed and bath linens were stained. The washing machine is not really usable - even after following very specific English instructions that are taped to it. The kitchen was large and adequate, except the sink faucet seemed like it was about to fall off. And PARKING was a challenge! The street is very strict about foreigners parking on it and they will call the police quickly, we actually got "booted!" I highly recommend not driving to Prague unless you have identified a specific garage before you arrive. Since we do not speak Czech, it would have been nice if the office had warned us about the strict policy when we checked in.
Thank you for your review, as every review is important to us. I have forwarded all issues in the flat to our head housekeeper. However I do not understand your complaints about parking. When we have been communicating, I gave you parking options and wrote you that parking around the apartment is not possible.. It is quite clear sign of warning.
I am happy that you have overall enjoyed your stay in Prague.
Everything worked perfectly, the appartment is super nice, clean and centrally located. There were no problems during our stay abroad. Anytime again!
We (3 students) liked the apartment very much! It was big and nicely decorated, also as central as one could imagine. The key pickup went down smoothly and the receptionist was really nice.
Excellent two-bedroom apartment in the heart of the city. Two-minute walk to the main square. We parked our car at the Intercontinental Hotel, 100 mtrs from the apartment (1000 kr/day). There are two showers and two toilets.
Keys have to be picked up at a different address which can be inconvenient if you don't travel by car.
I would book this again if I returned to Prague!
The flat is older than you see in pictures...kitchen equipment just for families or numerous groups with idea to cook...be careful with lockdoor and prove the keys before...we had problems to put the keys...people when break or lost the keys katarina does to pay 200 euros of the bail...we were four adults and two childrens and they made only just four beds (all the beds are singles)...the elevator is only for residents building...the apartment has heating but has no air conditioning...the site of apartment is good...just on center about five minutes walking...Katarina confirmed us one transfer service from airport to apartment for 24 euros, only going...and for our surprise when we paid to driver he said us the price of transfer service were 39 euros...we showed to him Katarina email confirmation and he began to get nervous, agressive, derogatory and rude, screaming us forward children...finally we paid to driver 39 euros because we didn´t want problems to begining our travel...Katarina neither any time showed interest for our problem nor presented us for finding a solution...our feelings are fraud and deception about (email hidden)y for emergencies is writing one number phone behind the door...after all Prague is an AMAZING and WONDERFUL city...
Pros and cons with this apartment. On the positive side, it is in a fabulous location in Old Town/ Jewish quarter. It is also very spacious and can sleep a lot of people comfortably. The beds and linens were fine but the towels were horrible; thin and scratchy. I would say the apartment needs some "TLC". New paint and a few throw rugs would do wonders. It's also on the third floor with no elevator- if you have a lot of luggage, it will be a good workout. Also, the floors were quite dirty. The management did arrange for a car from the airport which was very nice and well priced. I recommend this for young adults or students -more hostile like.
The apartment was great! Perfectly located, clean, spacious and the two bathrooms saved our group a lot of time. We parked our car at Intercontinental Hotel, which is just a few metres away. Check-in and check-out was very easy - would come again anytime!
