B & B at the top of the hill, in the silence of nature and amazing view that never forgets!
Would you like to spend a few days in Umbria between Perugia, Assisi and Gubbio ?
The position at the top of the hill, on the outskirts of a small medieval village of Civitella Benazzonea, just 5 km from the exit of the E45, is an excellent starting point to visit Umbria.
A welcoming atmosphere, warm and vibrant colors, stunning views.
The rooms for the guests occupy the upper part of the house and provide maximum privacy.
They are bright and very quiet, all with panoramic views.
Decorated maintaining many original features and using the colours of the earth and sun. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable.
Breakfast on the terrace with a panoramic view of green hills may include organic home made jams, cakes.
Two of the main reasons why we have chosen to live in Civitella are firstly the marvellous position amongst hills, silence and tranquillity living in the natural countryside.
Secondly its strategic position near all the important centres of Umbria such as and other medieval villages.
We have three bedrooms, beds for six people, two doubles and one twin.
The rooms are on the first floor and away from the family home and offering privacy
They have central heating and are furnished with the care of a private home. They have parquet flooring, are peaceful and have panoramic views.
Arancione room: Room with en-suite bathroom
Bathroom is in common for the guests staying in the Stanza Rossa and the Stanza Dorata, but it is so beautiful that it is not a problem!
The box shower is ample and comfortable and entirely decorated in mosaic. Just have a look!

Vesna would help to find restaurants and she wiil share very kindly her fruits of her garden and her self - made marmelade. We were very happy here!
We had a wonderful stay at the B&B. The room was beautiful and colorful and every morning we woke up to an amazing view. We would definitely visit again! From the B&B getting to Perugia, Gubbio and Asissi is just a small hop by car.
Best of all: Vesna is a great and warm host who also happens to bake the best cakes for breakfast!
Those wo like the beauty of nature and culture in an environment of complete tranquillity will enjoy their stay on the top of a wonderfull Umbrian hill. Breakfast offered by the charming and hospitable host Vesna Elez on the terrace with its overwhelming panorama over the fields is a unique experience which we never will forget. We had the privilege to be for 12 nights as guests in this anciens place in the neighbourhood of Perugia.
This was our first experience staying at Air BNB, and we loved this place. Quiet and beautiful. A bit off of the beaten path but you can esily reach all of the great spots within Umbria/Tuscany with an easy drive.
Vesna and her family welcomed us, and provided us with plenty of local knowledge.
We highly recommend this property
