This unique place has a style all its own. Decorated to give it a beach like feel. Memory foam California king mattress, walk in cedar closet. Attached bath room has Claw foot tub shower. Free WiFi, TV has Netflix. Full kitchen, washer and dryer.

The space
The Dolphin room with mermaid bathroom
uniquely decorated room with Dolphin and beach décor. It has a California king size bed, movable work desk with chair in cedar walk-in closet. Also has a charger for most phones on night stand along with noise machine and ear plugs for light sleepers.
Walk-in closet, luggage rack, ironing board with iron, hangers for your clothes.
Also a half bathroom located off of the kitchen in case the bathroom is temporally occupied by another guest.

Guest access
Guests have shared access to upstairs full bathroom, downstairs half bathroom, kitchen, dining room, formal sitting room, movie room, backyard. there will be space provided for you both in the refrigerator and the pantry for food.

Guest will have access to contact me anytime. Sometimes there may be a delayed response, but I’ll do my best to respond promptly.

Other things to note
There are cameras located on the perimeter of the house, along with inside common areas. Foyer, Dinning, Seating room, Beer room, Upstairs hall, NO cameras in any private bed rooms, bathrooms, or facing these areas. Inside cameras are kept off except when no one is in the home for security.

Neighborhood highlights

The house is located in a commercial area Close proximity to 99 freeway. There is Business, freeway and street noise in the neighborhood. Like everywhere in California there is homeless, although I do not have any problems at this location living here for over 27 years.
Your room will be located on the first floor off the kitchen . In the room is supplied noise machine and earplugs in case you are a light sleeper. Also the air conditioner drowns out most of the noise from traffic.
