Master bedroom has an ensuite shower. Both the other bedrooms have a large balcony with an uninturupted view of Mont Guillaume. Above the sliding window in the lounge is an electric sunshade, overlooking the decked terrace and our small secluded garden. Above the Bose cd / receiver, The tv has a satellite receiver for a good selection of UK tv stations. We offer use of the garage plus additional parking immediately outside. A gas bbq, table, chairs and parasol are to be found in the garage.

The space
This is a paradise for active holidaymakers. Les Orres, our nearest ski resort is 15Km away with slopes for all tastes and a large bike park in the summer. Nearby resorts include Crevoux, La Chalp and Réallon, brilliant for cross country / Nordic skiing / snow shoeing. Electric snow bikes are great fun!

Embrun, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, France

We are on the outskirts of Embrun, "the Nice of the Alps". The pedestrianised town centre is a 2Km walk beside the Durance river. Nearby are two large supermarkets. Lac Serre Ponçon is equally close, where you may hire catamarans or go on boat trips. Even closer is the "retained lake" with its blue flag status. In summer there is a floating aquapark in the wonderful warm water, or hire paddleboards and kayaks. The area is a paradise for walking, climbing, via ferrata, mountain biking, sailing, rafting and paragliding. Hire facilities for all these are close at hand. A new indoor swimming pool is also close by.
