These are 2 lovely adjoining apartments, dates from the mid-1800s, in a fully restored house located in the heart of San Michele Salentino. The property, has been carefully renovated to the highest standards, providing modern spacious accommodation, while not detracting from its original character. The two apartments, each with its own entrance, are ideally suited for use by two couples or by a family. Each apartment sleeps 2 people and is beautifully furnished. They may be rented together or separately, prices refer to one apartment that sleeps two people. The internal door allows the property to be divided into 2 independent apartments, each with its own entrance, kitchen and bathroom with shower. On the lower floor there is a real fireplace set in a stone arch, a kitchen, a very attractive bathroom with shower, as well as a comfortable double sofa-bed. On the first floor there is a large living-room with balcony, one large double bedroom another bathroom a kitchen and a terrace

Close to the property is a good range of restaurants, bars and shops, including one of Puglia’s finest butchers. The nearest supermarket is only 100m away.
