This top floor-corner unit is a peaceful oasis. The elevator will whisk you up to your private studio apartment. Your view is breathtaking in any season....See the autumn leaves change in New England.....Ski nearby Gunstock in the winter, enjoy the (hilly!) walk to Weirs Beach in the summer. Centrally located in the Lakes Region and all its attractions, shopping and restaurants! close to Weirs Beach, 4 miles to the Bank of NH Pavilion/Meadowbrook concert venue, 8 miles to Gunstock Mountain.

The space
The condo is very spacious with 440 square feet of marble floor...plenty of room for four people to stay, play and sleep comfortably! The European trundle bed folds out from the couch into a queen size bed, there is a queen size murphy bed that folds out of the wall and there is an additional twin roll a way cot available-if requested in advance. All the sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are included-this is your vacation-It should be effortless!

Guests enjoy access to on-site amenities such as: outdoor pool, spa, game room, exercise room, library, and coin-operated laundry facilities. The pool, spa and sport court are all brand new and adjacent to the building. There is free on-site Wi-Fi, plus an additional secured line - available upon request.

Other things to note
Andy and I have been sharing our condo for a few years now. It's been an unbelievably rewarding experience for both of us. We have met so many wonderful people through Airbnb and virtually everyone has treated it as if were their own place. My philosophy is simple: treat guests the way I like to be treated when I travel. Soft sheets and blankets, dried in fresh New England breezes on our clothesline in the summer, a beautiful place that is very, very clean and spacious. The view is wonderful, there is a lot to do in the area, but if you want to stay in and play board games with your family there are many to choose from. We truly hope that our place provides you and your family/friends with many wonderful memories, as it does for us!

If you haven't visited our property for awhile it's definitely time to take another look! The entire property was renovated in 2024 - interior and exterior -increasing our amenities and moving the pool adjacent to our building while adding the hot tub, changing facilities and observation looking over the lake.

Weir's Beach is a long time family favorite and only 1/4 mile away from the condo. There you'll find the beach (of course) as well as the boardwalk, arcades, restaurant, the scenic railway station and the drive-in movie theater. Summer favorites, such as go karts, batting cages, rock climbing and mini golf are also nearby. The property is in the middle of the gorgeous Lakes Region of New Hampshire with its abundant opportunities to hike, bike, golf, boat and paddle. There are nearby antique shops and outlet malls. There are restaurants featuring cuisines from every nationality as well as locally sourced ingredients. Winter fun abounds at nearby Gunstock Mountain Resort...skiing, snowboarding and tubing! Visit the nearby Ice Castles or watch the airplanes land on the frozen lake in Alton Bay! Or-take advantage of nearby ice skating or sledding down the hill in front of our condos! (BYOSled)
