Cozy one bedroom home. Extremely comfortable stay for a group of four or less. Our home features a full kitchen with a dishwasher, conveniently located washer and dryer on the second floor and a private outdoor space in the fenced in backyard. There is parking available in the driveway directly in front of the home. This is a fantastic location for family vacations and fun getaways. It is centrally located in downtown Fairbanks.

If you ever wanted to try tiny house living this is your chance! This home has all the features of a full size home on a compact scale. Well, it's not actually tiny, it is 640 Sq. Ft. We are sure you will be pleasantly surprised with the accommodations
