Great location

Beautifully remodeled historic home minutes from downtown Tucson and walking distance to two shopping and restaurant centers (The Mercado and Annex) which house some of Tucson's most beloved and unique business. The perfect luxury 1 bedroom suite complete with a whimsical backyard and fireplace, a modern kitchen equip with a wine fridge, and a romantic claw foot tub offering views of Sentinel Peak while you soak sipping your favorite glass of tea or wine. A dream IG worthy getaway house!

The space
The home was originally built in 1929 functioning as the workshop of the local silversmith. It’s hard to imagine it as it once was but if you look closely at the details in the home you can see the original wood beams and ceiling I chose to uncover and exposed throughout the kitchen and bedroom. When I purchased this home in November of 2019 my goal was to give the home an updated feel but highlight the beauty, charm, and history of the original workshop. It took over a year of tedious projects to complete the transformation and make the Silversmith House what it is today.
Now displaying art pieces by local artists that are available for purchase!

With a view of city center and beyond its a truly unique location. Once outside something else odd may catch your eye. Just across the road you can see a large crater. It is evidence of a volcanic explosion million of years ago that killed the giant lizards and horned toads that once ruled this valley.
What was once know for its agricultural fields transitioned into what was intended to be Tucson’s most upscale Mexican barrio. Today you still will notice these “multi-cultural attributes from both homes and business adding color, distraction, and cohesion” to the historic district according to
