It is ideally positioned in gorgeous Whyte Street within a short stroll of two nearby parks, Middle Brighton Station and the beach. Close to vibrant Church Street which has excellent upmarket cafes and boutique stores.
Upstairs comprises huge sun filled master bedroom with king size bed, ensuite with double vanities and extensive built-in-robes. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a flexible bedding setup, as either two singles or one king bed. Both also have built in robes and share a stylish central bathroom with spa and separate shower. If a fourth bedroom is required, downstairs there is a study with a single bed.
Downstairs you will enjoy a free flowing floor plan with polished boards. The large living area features comfortable leather lounge, TV, DVD and stereo, and flows through to the kitchen and separate meals area, which seats six comfortably. The black granite bench tops, stainless steel Smeg appliances dishwasher and large pantry will encourage any novice to want to cook up a storm. You will also find a downstairs powder room combined with a fully equipped laundry.
The impressive L-shaped courtyard garden allows for soaking up the afternoon sun while enjoying a BBQ. Parking is with ease either leave your vehicle in the driveway or pull straight into the large garage and access the house from there.
This fully inclusive home also offers air conditioning, ducted heating and security entrance with intercom.

NB: As a general rule of thumb, we ask that if you are arriving in the next 3 months the minimum time you stay with us is 5 nights and if your arrival is more than 3 months away you stay with us for 7 nights or more. Of course we accept any bookings longer than that if the property is available!

Brighton Place was the perfect place for all of us - accurate description, beautifully clean, great neighbourhood, convenient groceries at the end of the street and the best coffee and breakfast available from lovely place around the corner, easy walk to train station, although car was handy- highly recommended.
