Come relax in this two-story, peaceful home, nestled in the back of a quiet neighborhood. While only minutes from town, start your day sipping coffee on our front porch. Relax in our cozy den, featuring a wide screen TV, WiFi, a comfy couch, 2 loveseats, a bistro table, perfect for game nights. The Main floor includes kitchen/dining area, laundry room, master bed & bath, and half-bath. Upstairs includes 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. End your day relaxing around the fire pit on the back deck.

The space
We have 3 bedrooms, which includes two “normal” queen beds and one futon queen bed (firmer mattress, which is already made into a bed so no work on your part. It’s all ready for a good night’s sleep!) We also have a comfy couch.

We are less than 10 miles from UA campus/Bryant Denny Stadium. RTR!!

Guest access
You have access to our whole house, front porch, back deck and our one acre yard. (Our garage will remain locked, no access to guests.) Paved Parking for 3 vehicles is outside the garage door. An additional vehicle may be parked by our mailbox, if needed.

Other things to note
We have a regular coffee maker, Keurig, convection oven, microwave oven, blender, waffle iron, and all the dishes you’ll need to cook up a yummy meal.

I’ll provide small shampoos, soaps, laundry detergent, & dish detergent, as will as a handful of coffee Kcups.

All our guests get a batch of fresh deli croissants or muffins as a treat for booking with us. Happy breakfasting!
