Hi, I am Janie, I call this Charlies house as it was built for Him in 2015 because the house he lived in all of his life had to be torn down. It was actually was on the front of the lot. He loved the neighborhood so we built the little house on the back of the lot, We made it comfortable and efficient nothing fancy. The property has been in the family since 1905. It is centrally located to stores, mall, and factories. Off street parking as this sits on the back of the lot with a big yard.
