  • We had a great time in Rome and in the apartment of Vincenzo.
There isn't a lot of daylight inside so you need to get outside at daytime. Also the room was a little moisty.
    We liked the artwork inside.
    Thank you Vincenzo!

  • Great space! Quiet, lots of room, fully stocked kitchen and full-size fridge. About a 20 minute walk from Roma Termini station. Lots of restaurants open at night. Grocery store nearby. Can take a tram directly to the Colosseum.

Only issue: towels were tiny and threadbare; couldn't find pillowcases so had to use pillows uncovered.

Host was friendly and helpful. We'd stay here again.

    Response from Vincenzo:

Hello, I have not found the pillowcases so I think unfortunately that day in the rush between the previous guest and you is not been put pillowcases and other towels / I'm sorry / you could write to them immediately / course are always supplied / thanks

  • The apartment is situated in a nice neighboodhood with a lot of restaurants, away from tourists. It looked more luxurious on the foto than it actually was. The kitchen is excellent, the bed good, on the whole it's an ok place.

However, there are almost no windows (and the ones that there are, are 2 or 3 meters above the ground), and there is a strange smell in the apartment (it might have been a workplace before, it smells a bit like that), so we always had to have the window open. It was more or less clean, but could have been cleaner.

  • Wonderful visit to Rome. San Lorenzo where the suburb this flat is located is definitely one of the most happening places I went to in Rome. Apartment Pros: Public transport on your doorstep, 20 min walk from Termini, lots of contemporary and traditional restaurants nearby, the owners are absolutely lovely, there is a lot of interesting art in the apartment itself.
Cons: There is a persistent smell from the bathroom, construction next door (This I am sure/hope this is temporary)

  • Spacious and fully equipped little loft at an extremely convenient location (3 min walk from tram that directly lead to colosseum area, lots of food choices, and a few convenient stores and supermarkets) makes this a wonderful addition to our vacation in Rome.

There was construction nearby during our stay but the noise was only during daylight hours when we were usually exploring the city.

The washroom in general was very clean but had a slight smell to it. Couldn't figure out what it was. Wasn't a big bother tho.

Overall still a great stay and would recommend especially for its price. To top it off, Vincenzo was extremely courteous and helpful. Thank you Vincenzo!

  • Vincenzo made the arrival very easy. Place is nice, in a street that seems to have a lot of families which is nice.
Non touristy neighbourhood which we liked.
Might be a little noisy as there is construction next door. We did have one day of constant jack hammering. Apart from that all good.

  • We were at this place for 3 days and we loved our stay. Vincenzo was a great host and made us feel very comfortable during our stay. The place is located right next to the bus and train stations to different parts of rome. Very convenient. Would definitely recommend it.

  • All I have to say is PERFECT the kitchen is great, the art work in there is awesome! and Vincenzo was a great host he gave me everything I needed the directions to his place were pin point and telling the good places to go for night life buses and trains to catch. he even bought me a coffee around the corner when I got there what more can you ask for? I would definitely recommend staying here. One thing I regret is I rushed out of there without properly cleaning up my apologies Vincenzo. Also he messaged me on airbnb to make sure everything was ok while I was there but I was out so much enjoying the sites I didn't respond again my apologies. Yea agin the kitchen is great and modern hope to stay again!

    Ciao!
