Bright, safe, and private suite! Located .5 miles to Mesa University, 2 miles to downtown, and a short 45 min drive from Powderhorn Ski Resort. Grand Junction has great breweries and many outdoor hiking, biking, kayaking, and snow adventures. The suite is located at the back of the main house with parking in the driveway, a private entrance, and your own bedroom and bathroom. You have a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and other dining amenities. Dogs welcomed, please see below for info.

The space
This space is located in a really safe and quiet neighborhood so this is a great place to retreat when visiting Grand Junction. Large windows facing the fenced backyard let in a lot of light. The other side of the space is attached to the main house so you are safely nestled away from the street with your own private entrance and driveway parking.

The LIVING AREA AND KITCHENETTE offers a couch, desk, and dining area with a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and coffee maker. The desk is a great place to get some work done. There is a large 60" TV with an AppleTV. Decorated with a warm electric fireplace and authentic rodeo chaps that were my dad's back in the day. Blackout curtains are in both the bedroom and living room when needed for privacy or sleeping. The couch can be turned into a twin-sized bed. Linens and a soft pad are provided for a comfortable sleep.

The BEDROOM has a comfortable memory foam bed, blackout curtains, a full-length mirror, and side lamps with USB ports for charging. The closet and bathroom are off the bedroom. The closet has spare blankets, pillows, and the linens and foam pad for the couch, as well as some cleaning supplies. There are hangers and some shelving for your clothes or other items as well.

PET INFORMATION
We are dog-friendly AirBnB, max of 2, (can't have cats due to allergies) that is happy to accept well-behaved pooches. PLEASE INCLUDE A NOTE ABOUT PETS OR SERVICE DOGS when booking. Dogs CANNOT be left alone in the AirBnB or in the yard and barking/pet noise must be minimal. It is your responsibility to clean up after your pet(s), both in the yard and AirBnB (there is a vacuum provided). Please keep your pooches off the couch and bed and do not use the provided linens as pet blankets. Any additional cleaning costs will be the guests' responsibility. For your pets' safety, please don't let them drink out of the toilet as it's treated with bleach.

The main house area is occupied by trusted, and respectful renters. In the unlikely event there is an emergency, please call me.

A few of my local favorite cafes are Copeka Cafe and Trade Winds Cafe. Dream Cafe is great for breakfast. I recommend 626 On Rood for amazing food. Palisade is really close and has some great wineries to explore. Fruita is also really close and I highly recommend Hot Tomato for great pizza! :D
