Very modern house build in 2019, located in the center of the city. Here you can relax and enjoy the sunny days. It’s a very modern house but it maintains the typical Algarve identity. Its located in a privilege zone, in the heart of the city.

The space
The house has two different floors. In the first one you can find a bathroom, kitchen and living room in open space concept. There is also a small balcony. In the second floor you can find a generous balcony – with a table, two chairs and a hand shower – and a room with a bathroom.

There is air conditioning, smart tv, Wi-Fi internet, Netflix, cable tv with Portuguese and foreign channels in both floors.
