Unwind at our take of the A-frame hut. Casa Liwa Beach Villa was built to be your own private nook at the center of a laid-back surf town in Liwa, Zambales. A 2 storey, loft style wooden house with a 28 square meter private pool and a cottage that can sleep 2 pax privately all within a 560 square meter private property. Max capacity 14 guests.

The space
The two-storey loft-style home is designed to be a combination of comfort, glamp and a touch of our Filipino roots. The indoor space is fully air-conditioned and equipped with reclaimed hardwood flooring for a touch of history and character.

The cottage is a tiny house with it’s own bathroom that sleeps 2 pax comfortably. Perfect for those who want to sleep earlier. The ladder to the bedroom can be tricky.

Guest access
All guests have access to almost the entire property except utility areas.

When you book a stay, you get the poolside villa and the cottage.

Other things to note
The community of Liwa-liwa often experiences power interruptions quite often. Casa Liwa Beach Villa is equipped with an automatic back up generator that ensures our guest's safety and comfort during their stay.
