The space
Watch Busch Gardens' nightly summer fireworks right from the front room! The gated Kingsmill on the James River (not part of Kingsmill Resort, to use pool and resort, please book directly through the resort**) was built by Busch and is situated in a quiet, peaceful area, with views of the lake and the James River from the cul-de-sac. It's lovely here, so much to see and do within walking distance. The tree and Audobon bird sanctuaries are a big part of its beauty, but also its treasured historic sites and ruins, the most historic golf hole in America, Burwells Landing, the first English Settlement. Walk to the dock, café, tot lot, playground and beaches no other lodging in Williamsburg has....Order excellent food at Kingsmill, Eagles' Express, breakfast, lunch or dinner, and eat on the outdoor terrace overlooking the green belts behind The Mill Cafe a quick walk away. There's basketball, tennis, soccer field, dog park and pickleball too. Not a resort condotel, this condo offers the safety and comforts of home including fully vaccinated host and housekeeper, fully decorated at the holidays, everything needed to cook large meals, herbs and spices, condiments, oils, vinegar, rice, soup mix, breakfast foods, snacks, baking mixes, coffees and teas, pasta....and a variety of books, Blu-ray & DVDs and streaming box, games There's restroom, shower down by the dock beach to rinse off. Busch Gardens' Summer Nights runs daily from June 25th to July 29th. The Beer Fest runs July 30th to September 6th, Fridays through Sundays. Howl-o-scream runs weekends starting September 12th. ChristmasTown starts November 13th weekends until January 2nd.
