Mediterranean apartment of 55 m2 1 minute walking to Mar Bella / Bogatell beaches in old town of poblenou.
It is divided into two comfortable bedrooms, main with double bed, ideal for couples, and the second room with a sofa bed for two. Has a dining room with TV, Wi-fi, iphone computer connection and a balcony overlooking the pretty square, next to the famous restaurant "Els pescadors." The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, glasses, dishes, pots and everything you might need to make your stay more comfortable. The washer is in the toilet.
The apartment is completely remodeled, located on the second floor of an old building completely renovated. Nearest the apartment you can find what you want, and you can enjoy walking to the rambla of Poblenou. Enjoy of the neighbourhood of Poblenou and very close to everywher walking or by metro.
The nearest Metro stop is "Poble Nou", about 4 minutes on foot. You have bus station and why not, you can rent a bicycle to make a tour along the beaches.
Perfect place to enjoy a few days of relaxation, culture and good food in Barcelona.
Check in to the apartment is from 3 p.m. Check-ins after 11 (website hidden) night up to 7 a.m. will be subject to a charge of 30 euros.
The maximum time for check-out is 12 a.m.On exiting the apartment, clients should leave the keys. The apartment should be perfectly clean and in a perfect state of repair. Should this not be the case, the initial deposit will not be returned
Loss the keys will be subject to a surcharge of 30 euros.
Behaviour in the apartment
The person signing the Lease contract, will be responsible for the appropiate behaviour of anyone staying with them. Should this person or the persons staying with them not behave responsibly and appropiately, we may request the client and their companions to leave the apartment immediatly with no right to any compensation whatsoever. Should the occupants fail to comply with the obligation mentioned above, the property, at their own discretion, ask the client being entitled to any compensation with the cooperation of the local police, watch will kept to ensure that good relations with neighbours are maintained and that the following rules are not broken:
-any vandalism, such as throwing things from balcony and Windows, is strictly prohibited
-trash should be thrown in the bins in front of the building between 9 a.m. and 10 p.m.
-starting at 11 p.m., anynoise that could bother neighbours is prohibited, such as music, TV, parties and meetings that could dissturb neighbours rest.
-it is prohibited to have parties in the apartment
-it is not permited to have pets.
The listing was exactly as said and even better than I thought it would be. The house was clean and is exactly as seen in the pictures. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and almost guarantee a return to Ninona's beautiful apartment.
The host was very helpful and they contacted us half way through the stay to ensure that everything was ok. The flat was very clean and it is in a superb location, but the layout of the flat is very convenient. The living room is dark and does not have any windows, the kitchen is too small and we kept hitting the hanging lamp either with our heads or with the cupboard door. To access the toilet you have to negotiate these really dangerous and very steep steps.
Ninona was helpful in accommodating our early arrival and helping us arrange transportation to the airport for our departure. The apartment is as described, looks out onto a pleasant square and is walking distance to the beach. The building is very hard to find and a better house address should be provided. The kitchen is very small and not really useful for preparing meals, but does have the necessary utensils if you want to make a meal. All in all, a very nice place to stay if you want to walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping.
The apartment is very clean and close to the beach. PobleNou is a darling quaint barrio with some delicious restaurants! The apartment is quite new and all working well. Main room is gorgeous with good sunlight and spacious. Other room is fine. Main living room is quite dark though... And kitchen smallish.
Ninona was very helpful the whole were along and there were no real issues at all. I would recommend it !
Ninona was very friendly, and the flat is lovely.
The only minor negative point is that the photos make the flat look at lot lighter than it actually is, it is quiet dark. However the location is superb, their is a bus stop 1min walk away, and a big supermarket closeby.
The (very nice) toilet/bathroom is small and up some steep small stairs, so think twice if you have mobility issues.
I reiterate, that this flat is very nice.
Rapport qualité prix très moyen.
Points négatifs :
- position moyenne : situé à 10 minutes à pied de la station de métro, et pas 4 comme dans la description.
- photos truquées : il n'y a aucune fenêtre dans la pièce de vie et dans une chambre. Ce qui rend l'appartement proche d'un blockhaus. La luminosité a été bien relevée sur les photos.
- cuisine pas pratique et mal équipée : visible sur la photo la concernant, aucune table n'est disponible pour déposer un sac de courses ou la vaisselle à sécher, alors qu'il y a la place à droite de l'évier ! Aucune casserole de disponible pendant notre séjour ! Il y avait seulement 3 couteaux parmi les nombreux couverts, nous étions 4 !
- en hiver, pas de chauffage suffisant
Points positifs :
- propre et de bon goût
- refait à neuf récemment
- bons lits
Bref, à choisir pour un séjour en été, si vous souhaitez manger à l'extérieur tout le temps.
The apartment was as described. The location was close to the beach. We took the metro everywhere; the station was a 5 min walk. We had a good stay overall in the flat.
