Denver's best, safest, walkable neighborhood: The Highlands/Berkeley! Modern, cozy lower level guest suite just three blocks from extremely popular Tennyson St. and across the street from Sprouts grocery store. Private bath, kitchenette, mini fridge, fireplace, and wifi. We are close to EVERYTHING: 20 minutes from Red Rocks, and under ten minutes from Downtown, Empower Field, and Ball Arena.
This is a studio below our house that has a common entrance into our house when you first come in.

The space
Located truly in a great location, just across the street from 24 Hour Fitness, Sprouts grocery store, and right near all of the shops, restaurants, and breweries, on Tennyson Street.
The basement apartment is super cozy. It was designed with you in mind! It comes with a bathroom, a kitchenette, mini fridge, a flat screen TV with Roku, a fireplace, and a comfortable Murphy bed. The space is very clean and welcoming.

Guest access
The studio has a common access entrance a few steps into our house, but the basement is totally private. There is a separate lock on the studio door with a personalized entry code. There you have sole access to a mini fridge, sink, private bathroom, wifi, Roku tv, coffee maker, and microwave.

Other things to note
We have really come to love hosting kind, respectful people. We have always had great experiences with our guests (often repeat guests) and our reviews reflect that. We happily interact with people, but will give you complete privacy.

Please, no drugs and only two guests maximum.

I love living in Denver, especially in our neighborhood. I take full advantage of the beauty of Colorado (skiing, biking, hiking, etc) and can share lots of tips about the area if you want to get outside and explore. I also love eating out and have many favorites in Denver; there are some great places that are within a stone's throw from the house.
