Have you always wanted to try tiny house living? This is a custom-built 24 ft tiny house on wheels. It is on a 9-acre farm just 5 minutes from the Eagle freeway exit.

Try tiny living and also say hi to goats, chickens, and pigs that live on the farm.

The space
The kitchen is quite spacious (for a tiny house) with a full-size range, oven, and fridge. A large farmhouse-style sink is great for any cooking.

There are two sleeping areas, both with queen size beds. One is a loft accessed by a gentle ladder with a good handrail, making it easy to climb. The other bedroom is on the ground floor, so no climbing is needed.

The living room is elevated over the bedroom and accessible by a short staircase (that also doubles as storage). It has two chairs and a small side table. A perfect place to drink your morning coffee.

The bathroom is small but has everything you need.

The entire space has high ceilings and a lot of windows for natural light.

Note: we recently expanded the farm to include the property where the tiny house is parked, so the area around the tiny house isn't landscaped yet.

Guest access
The tiny house is on 9 acres so there is plenty of room and you are free to explore as you'd like. In the summer there is a beautiful blackberry patch on the far side of the field as well as walking paths around the field.

There are several other airbnbs on the property as well as the usual farm, homestead, and landscaping type work, so just be aware there will be more activity.

Other things to note
One of the two queen beds, and the living room area are only accessible via a ladder.

Neighborhood highlights

This is the first house on a quiet, dead-end street. Each property is 4.5 acres and there are only 11 on the street. Our farm is the first two properties combined.

You can walk a half-mile through the subdivision to Peppermint Park for great playgrounds. Or a half mile the other direction will get you to Fred Meyer for groceries, Awakenings for coffee, or Taste for great Asian food.
