Nestled in the heart of the beautiful Highland seaside town of Nairn, our spacious, fully licensed 3-bedroom maisonette offers the perfect retreat for families, couples, or groups.

Just a stone's throw from the High Street and a short stroll from the beach, you'll be able to soak in the tranquil coastal atmosphere while enjoying easy access to local attractions, activities, and dining options.

We aim to provide a relaxing stay, with a place to unwind after a day of exploring.

The space
Spacious, comfortable and relaxing with all the comforts of home

Features sizeable living room, a well-equipped kitchen/dining area, double and twin rooms and a newly installed bathroom suite in January 2026.. The master bedroom is tucked away in a converted loft with sea views and charming sloped ceilings, creating a cozy, inviting atmosphere. An adjacent smaller third bedroom, accessed via the man bedroom, provides additional sleeping space, making it ideal for larger families or groups.

The quaint setting is perfect for relaxing and soaking in the seaside air, whether with a morning coffee or maybe something stronger.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property throughout their stay. You'll also benefit from the use of our private shed for storage, perfect for any sports or outdoor equipment, as well as shared access to the off-street garden space
