Haven is Idyllwild's answer to mountain cabin luxury. Set overlooking a peaceful seasonal creek flowing winter and spring. A custom built inspirational hideaway, nestled in the mountains near LA. Immerse in nature with the creature comforts of a curated modern cabin. This spacious cabin sits in a forested valley overlooking a seasonal stream with a cedar hot tub. Ceiling to floor windows look out at the surrounding mountains & jaw-dropping rock cliffs. An expansive, open cabin feel.

Please note: One pet maximum and all pets must have own bed and not left unattended in home or be allowed on furniture or bedding. Also, during winer, we do get snow fall and the roads can be covered in snow or ice. The cabin sits up on a forested hill with front facing views of Lily Rock and back facing views of the most popular rock climbing peak in Idyllwild: Suicide Peak. You are a 2 minute drive from several of the best hiking trails in Mount Jacinto State Park Wilderness including Ernie Maxwell Trail and Devil’s Slide Trail leading to the stunning Taquitz peak and Mt San Jacinto peak.

Having traveled to 60 different countries, and also lived in Europe and Africa, it is nice to be home back in the U.S. and have the opportunity to share my passion for traveling by hosting. My interests are discovering the overlooked and road-less-traveled destinations (ie. road-tripping Afghanistan & living in Ethiopia & Sudan), travel photography, art, journaling, hiking, backpacking, and connecting with nature.
