Nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains is a cozy and private loft apartment located at Parker-Binns Vineyard & Winery. Enjoy a spectacular sunset from the deck and Award-Winning Wine to accompany it. With Lake Lure only 13 miles away, Chimney Rock State Park just 16 miles(currently closed), and roughly an hour drive to Asheville, you'll find yourself not wanting to leave! Not to mention being only a couple of minutes away from sipping outstanding wine.

The space
Coming through the door you'll find our loft is vibrant and open. There is room for up to two people, however, we do provide an airbed, it is best suited for up to two children. For your convenience, the kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and coffee maker. There is a full-sized bathroom, that includes washcloths and towels.

There is a $25 pet fee for 1 dog and a $40 fee for two dogs. If Pets are not disclosed at time of booking there will be a $100 fee per animal.

We do not allow cats or any other type of animal. If cats are brought to property without us knowing there will be a $300 cleaning fee.

You may use the firepit near the vines. If we have firewood available, we will be happy to provide it for you. By request only.

We are located only 5 miles away from the Tryon International Equestrian Center.

Guest access
You will have full access to the Loft Apartment, Deck, and Firepit. You are more than welcome to walk around the property and join us at our tasting room when we are open to the public.

Other things to note
The tasting room is not available to guests when Parker-Binns Vineyard is closed to the public.

Our Tasting Room is open Wednesday-Friday 12-5 pm and Saturday -Sunday 12-6 pm.
