Newly built and completed for the winter of 2020, the Kulshan Chalet is a beautiful home both inside and out.  This three bedroom luxury home was designed for modern mountain entertaining in a comfortable relaxing atmosphere.  Cozy up in front of the gas fireplace and watch the snowflakes fall from the nearby wall of windows.  

Important note about Pets: We have lovingly designed this home with the finest furnishings and made the decision not to allow pets. Please do not ask for an exception

The space
Welcome to the Kulshan Chalet, a collaboration of expert design, modern architecture and impeccable taste inspired by Scandinavian culture. No detail was overlooked in this stunning new Mt. Baker chalet. From the oversized hot tub to the air conditioning and whole house generator*, this year round retreat is waiting for your arrival regardless of mother natures plans. At three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, the Kulshan Chalet comfortably sleeps six guests. The lower master suite features a comfortable king bed and ensuite luxury master bathroom with walk in shower, double vanity and an exit door for a quick soak in the hot tub just outside. Upstairs consists of two more bedrooms flooded with natural light, both with queen beds and a shared full bath.

Enjoy cooking and entertaining in the open concept great room with a gourmet kitchen, dining area large enough for entertaining and a cozy living room with gas fireplace and smart TV. The kitchen has everything for whipping up a great meal after a day on the mountain, including a gas range, all new kitchenware and top of the line appliances. The spacious kitchen island has 5 barstools for meals and great kitchen conversations. Just off the kitchen is a small mudroom and bench near the main covered entryway. The home also has commercial laundry machines and a half bathroom near the mudroom.

Located just across from the clubhouse, the outdoor seasonal heated swimming pools, sports courts and playground are within eyesight and the perfect starting point for a mountain retreat. No matter your relaxation goals, the soothing mood of this new home with cozy furnishing and comforting atmosphere and the nearby Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, this home is inviting and set up for all of your adventures.

The covered entry has a sizable deck with relaxing outdoor furniture (will be set up soon), a new Weber BBQ and is steps from the Hot tub and gazebo in the back yard. A ski storage locker/closet is also located under the covered deck and will securely store your gear while you rejuvenate inside! Just across the street is Chair 9, a great bar and restaurant for grabbing dinner and drinks.

Located in Snowline, the Kulshan Chalet is across the street from the hub of the community - The Clubhouse.  With heated outdoor pools open from mid May to mid September*, a playground for kids, pickleball, tennis court, basketball hoops and volleyball court, sports enthusiasts have countless possibilities.  With an open field for your frisbee, kickball or playing catch with the kids, there is no shortage of outdoor entertainment.  Inside the clubhouse,  Snowline provides a foosball table, pool table and ping pong for some rainy day competition.  Snowline also has several maintained wooded trails along the river and throughout the National Forest so you can hike and sight see by stepping just outside your back door.
