It was very comfortable and cozy space! Above all, Roma termini station is located very close to there.
And Claudio is very kind person, so we stay happy. Thank you so much:)
Claudio's apt was perfect! The termini station is just in front of apt, it takes only 2~3min by walk! The apt is very clean and there are pretty much everything that we needed. He is very good host also, well communicated and prepared something for our breakfast. Thank you claudio we had really great time at your place!!☆
I confirm all the good evaluations; Carla and Claudio´s apartment was perfect for our short stay in Rome! We stayed there my boyfriend and I for 4 days and our experience was excellent! We would highly recommend this great place to stay.
Casa Margherita has an excellent location, right next to Termini station, which is very useful to get from the airport and to take any public transport. The neighborhood is busy (next to the train station), but still the house was really quiet!
The apartment itself was really nice, comfortable and very clean. Also very spacious. It had everything we needed. Furthermore, there are instructions of everything in many languages, in case you need. And the wifi worked very well, which we found very useful.
Carla and Claudio are fantastic hosts! They were always accessible and very friendly from the very beginning! They are really nice and attentive hosts, and even made a website for their guests. I think that they really put a lot of care in this apartment and with their guests.
We met Claudio at the apartment for the check-in; he was very friendly and patient, and explained us everything about the house. He also made the effort of accommodating us in a very good Spanish, which was really kind of him! Thank you again for everything!
We would definitely stay there again if we come back to Rome one day!!
We stayed 5 days at this excellent apartment. Claudio is very friendly host. Moreover, the apartment was clean and pleasant than I expected. I believe that Casa Margherita is one of the best apartments near Termini station, and I'll definitely stay again when I come to Rome next time.

We decided to open our house to the guests from all over the world, also because we love meeting people, travelling and discovering new places.
We have been living in this house for a long while, and we've enjoyed the city life: now we live in the countryside, with our son, and we have two dogs and five cats.
Hope you'll have a nice roman holiday!
