Welcome to the Dr Pepper House, one of Waco's most beautiful and historic homes. Built in 1885 by Wade Morrison, the original founder of Dr Pepper, the home has since been renovated in the early 2000's by Christian rock singer, David Crowder. We are located less than a mile from the Magnolia Silos, Downtown, and many other Waco attractions. Perfect for families, you will love all that this charming home has to offer!

The space
You will have access to a beautifully restored, ~6,000 sq ft home and a sprawling backyard with pool, hot tub, and cabana. The game room above the garage is also available to guests, offering pool and ping pong!

The back barn, which used to be David Crowders recording studio, has been beautifully re-done into a 2 bedroom, 2 bath detached guest house. If you would like to add these extra rooms to your stay, please message the host ($500/night). Booking this allows up to 16 people total on property.

Other things to note
Not handicap accessible, all entrances require at least a few stairs (unless the back barn is added to the rental, which has a downstairs bedroom and bathroom).
