Enjoy a luxury hotel-like stay for half the price right in the heart of Downtown Nashville! The unit is walking distance to Broadway and most major Nashville attractions, The Gulch, museums, nightlife, shopping, music, and sports venues. You can walk EVERYWHERE or take a short Uber/Lyft ride between $5-$10, but the walks are nice & short and you can take pics along the way in front of all the attractions!

The space
Our beautiful Nashvegas condo-style apartment is designed to make you feel like you are living the Nashville lifestyle. This unit and building will give you the full Nashville experience during your stay in Music City.

This luxurious apartment can accommodate 4 people as we have a super comfortable sofa bed with a gel foam mattress in the living room along with a queen bed in the bedroom. You will feel like you are in a luxury hotel with the beautiful design and décor, a lot of natural light with 10ft ceilings, a super cute dining area with the option to sit at the kitchen island in the bar stools, & a balcony with a nice view of the courtyard & pool.

Our unit includes a Keurig coffee maker, high-end linens and paper products, a full kitchen with pots & pans etc. included for cooking, two Roku Smart TV’s with access to my YouTube TV account, washer/dryer, walk-in closet, more comforts that are not always offered in an Airbnb and you will have FULL ACCESS to all of the resort style amenities the building has to offer that include a resort-style pool, recreational courtyard with grills and fire pits, a two-story gym (with a rock wall and yoga/barre studio), rooftop sky lounge and patios, and beautiful, one-of-a-kind workspaces!

The unit is professionally cleaned & receives periodical COVID 19 cleanings between all stays to ensure that all guests stay safe and healthy.

PARKING

There are two options for parking:

The first option is access to our gated garage parking that requires a gate key fob & a parking pass that I will provide. There is only ONE parking spot available and the cost is $25 PER NIGHT. You will pay more than that for overnight parking anywhere else downtown and it may not be in a secured parking garage. There will be a $250 charge if you lose the garage key or parking pass as this is how much it is to replace the two. I will send information on how to gain access to the key fob & parking pass once you have booked.

The second option is the paid guest parking inside the garage that is first come first serve so it is not always guaranteed to be available or uncovered paid parking across the street from the complex (which is not far and a quick & easy walk to the unit).

I moved to Nashville in 2015 & I absolutely LOVE it here!! I’m originally from Alabama so living here gives me the best of both worlds with the country feel that I’m used to in Alabama mixed with the city life & live music everywhere! I am a huge country music fan so moving to the Country Music Capital of the World put the icing on the cake with my decision to move here, along with the fact that I wanted to start a future with my husband who lived here when we first met! We have two beautiful daughters & enjoy exploring all that Nashville has to offer, sometimes as a family & sometimes on a date night with just the two of us. We also love to travel & make memories with our family and as your host I want to be apart of the sweet memories you will make with your family & friends as well by offering you a beautiful apartment with great amenities & scenery to enjoy along the way!
