One fully equipped and magnificently furnished apartments in a 120 year old building in the Barrio Gótico area of downtown Barcelona. Bright, with a lift (a rarity in downtown Barcelona). Excellent location, five minutes walk from the Ramblas and ten minutes to the beach Barceloneta, with a nice balcony looking onto the oldest square in the city, the exquisite Plaza Milans .
You can see the history of the city around the apartment , near the apartment there is the cathedral , a a lot of museus ,like Picasso Museum, History Museum , Maritim Museum and in the street that cross with the apartment , Avigno is the scholl of Picasso , and he paint there one of more famous painting " Las Muchachitas de Avigno".
You can enjoy walking around, the apartment is also near the port, but if you need to go outside of the centre , you have very good conexion with metro and bus. You have the station Liceo- green line and the station JaumeI - yelow line next to the apartment.
The apartment is wonderfully decorated in the 60/70´s style, with great original furniture, and murals painted by the artist Gustavo Marrone.
Fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances, stereo tv, washing/drying machine, water heater (constant hot water), microwave, etc. , sheets, bed-linen, towels, ...and wifi
Radiator heated and air-conditioned

Nice spacious bed. Great location.
My trip to Barcelona with my friends became all the more awesome because of the nice and cosy apartment that we had in Barcelona.
It was a nice apartment, right in the most happening part of the city. The house was clean and had all the necessary appliances as well as creature comforts. We were five of us, and we could easily accommodate in the apartment.
Cristina was also quite accommodating as she allowed us to stay at the apartment till very late, quite past the check out time!!
We met Cristina when we checked in at the appartment and she is very friendly and helpfull. We booked the Milans Rojo appartment, but due to a misunderstanding Cristina asked us if we could stay at the Milans Dorado right next to the Rojo. The appartments are in the heart of El Gotic and 10min walk from the beach. The appartment is a bit noisy, because it's in an old building, but clean and has a cozy balcony where you can enjoy the sun. The bathroom is spacious and the bed is comfortable. A nice place to stay if you want to enjoy your stay in the great city Barcelona!
This apartment is uniqely decorated, and looks like the pictures. We realIy enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the early evenings and taking in the sights and sounds. If you stay here you will need earlplugs! There are 3 bars below apartment and the sound travels right up....otherwise the location is good for the metro, good for walking, shoppring, eating, and very close to the water.
We loved Barcelona and we enjoyed staying at Christina apartment. She was very very helpful and due to circumstances beyond our control we checked in after 11 at night. Christina met us at the apartment and helped us settle n. The apartment is very central which is great. But be warned it is very noisy particularly on the weekend - but that is Barcelona. The apartment is very well equipped. Thanks Christina.
My boyfriend and I stayed in Cristina's Milans Rojo apartment for a full week in September. We had an amazing time - and a lot of that had to with the apartment. We were so conveniently located to every surrounding neighborhood, to all of the classic tourist sites and to the best restaurants (a lot of which we found in El Born area).
The apartment was very clean with plenty of space for our clothes and other things.
My favorite part of the apartment had to be the balcony - from sitting out on it in the morning to having some of the Cava Cristina had given us before heading out for dinner.
Since the Gothic is a bit of a busy area at night with tons of bars and restaurants, it could get a little noisy at night. But we found it to be no problem whatsoever... never had a problem sleeping.
Definitely recommend this apartment for a couple traveling together.
Cristina's apartment had the perfect location and all facilities we needed and wished for! Cristina is very forthcoming, helpful, and an experienced host. She replied and housed us on short notice. All 4 of us that were visiting sincerely recommend this place.
Location is very good but the apartment is small, and personally the decor was abit disturbing. however if youre looking for somewhere only to sleep and interior colours dont bother you - I would recommend. the balcony is nice - it was very welcoming she left cava and chocolates.
We had a wonderful stay at Christina's apartment in Barcelona! Even though we booked with her last-minute, she provided us with all the necessary information and was able to expedite our booking.
Although we had a bit of difficulty finding the apartment, when we got there, we met Christina who was really sweet and friendly and showed us around the apartment and gave us suggestions for restaurants and things to do. She also left us a bottle of Cava, chocolate truffles and water!
I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is coming to Barcelona. It is centrally located and easy to get to anywhere and the apartment is lovely and homey and has a nice Spanish balcony.
The only reason I didn't give it 5-stars is because we went without hot water for about 2 days. We didn't know how to turn on the heater for the water and one of the days, it just happened to be a huge national strike in Spain and nobody was working and we were unable to get in contact with Christina. But we called her the next day and she came immediately to help us and show us to turn on the hot water.
Definitely highly recommended!
This place was PERFECT. The location is right by 2 metro lines and in the city center, right near the famous Las Ramblas street. It had everything--washing machine, HEAT, cable TV, internet, fridge, even dishes and kitchenware for cooking. It was so cute and comfortable and clean as well! There were four of us including myself, and we were all very comfortable. I never met Cristina, but her friend across the street was very helpful. Cristina gave us plenty of info before we arrived and we found the place with no trouble. The apartment was even stocked with tourists guides, maps, and a Spanish to English language book. This was my first time Barcelona and I had a BLAST, and this place was the icing on the cake! I would stay in any of Cristina's places!
