The Garden Apartment is a newly renovated, well appointed 1 bedroom apartment, set behind a gated gravel driveway. This charming property is set in the grounds of a Georgian house within an area of outstanding natural beauty and is within easy reach of Bath city centre and the main attractions and only 15 minutes from the M4 junction.
The Garden Apartment has a well equipped kitchen along with a spacious beautifully light lounge with floor to ceiling doors which open out onto a courtyard garden. The quiet bedroom boasts a king bed with a large georgian style rooflight accessorised with pieces of vintage furniture from The Bath Market. The bathroom has another rooflight with a bath/shower, WC and hand basin and tiled floor. There is a comfy sofa bed in the lounge at an small additional charge
The Garden Apartment is adjacent to Warleigh Lodge which was built in 1835 as part of the Warleigh Estate. It is a very private self contained apartment to the rear of the main house with a private sunny courtyard garden. There is a gate to the front door and a key box.

We would like to welcome you to The Garden Apartment and will pop over once you have arrived to say hello and make sure everything is as it should be. You are welcome to arrive from 4pm as the key is in the keybox ready for you.

During the summer months there is an outdoor dining set to enjoy the sunshine.
The apartment is non smoking.
we run a minimum of 2 nightly stays on friday and saturday nights and minimum 1 night stays from sunday - thursday. Out of season and last minute bookings we will accept 1 nightly stays at the weekend so please do enquire. There is a double sofabed which can accommodate an extra 2 persons at an additional cost of £25 per booking up to a week.
