Come and recharge your batteries by staying in this house of more than 90 m2, fully renovated and tastefully decorated by the Étel River, located quietly in a cul-de-sac and 200 m from the first small beach.

The space
Dear vacationers,

In order to offer you the best possible welcome and guarantee a pleasant stay, we invite you to carefully read the entire listing before making your booking request.

You will appreciate its immediate proximity to the first small beach and the amenities of the village of Plouhinec (5 minutes by car) or ETEL by crossing the river with the ferryman (April to September)

The house can accommodate up to 6 people (3 bedrooms) plus a baby (baby bed, highchair, baby bathtub).
The end-of-stay cleaning is to be paid on site. (€85)

ON THE GROUND FLOOR:
- Open kitchen, fitted and equipped (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, Senseo coffee maker...)
- Dining table
- Living/Dining room with TV, coffee table, Wi-Fi
- Bathroom with toilet, washing machine, ironing board

On the 1st floor:
- Bathroom with toilet

Exterior:
- Equipped terrace (garden furniture for 6 people, plancha, pergola, 2 deckchairs) with a small view of the Ria d'Étel.
The house is just above the port of Magouer.
There is no green space, the terrace overlooks the very quiet courtyard and you have access to the port of Magouer and the beach within 200 m without going through the road.


The cleaning fee (€85) is mandatory and to be paid on-site. These fees include all linens, beds made on arrival, consumables such as toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, garbage bags, dishwashing product, new sponge).

In July and August, bookings are from Friday to Friday. Thank you for your understanding.
