Cosy and modern apartment of 45 m2 on the ground (30 m2 Carrez law) enjoying a beautiful view of the mountain Risoul.
Located on the top floor of the " Le Chamois " residence, 150 metres from the first ski lift (the Orée du Bois).
The apartment is ideal for a family 2 adults, 2 children.
The main street is very close for access to all shops.
Finally, parking (free) can be done in front of the residence as well as on the nearby covered parking (for a fee).

The space
The apartment Le Dahu will charm you with its cozy atmosphere, it has a dining room with open kitchen, a living room with sofa bed, 2 separate sleeping areas including one in suspense dedicated to children (small hut atmosphere), a bathroom/toilet and a balcony.

IMPORTANT : The sleeping area is really dedicated to children, no possibility to stand for a teenager / adult.

The open kitchen is fully equipped (Nespresso coffee machine, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, kettle, squeegee/crêpe machine), and overlooks a living room that can accommodate up to 6 guests.

In the living room is a convertible sofa bed, a TV with TNT channels and a few board games to allow both young and old to have fun.
The window door of the living room will allow you to enjoy an unobstructed view of the mountain.

The apartment has a large balcony with mountain views, facing south, perfect for morning coffee or to enjoy the sun , 2 sunbeds are at your disposal as well as a small outdoor table.

A ski room is located in the basement of the residence to store your equipment.
